I tried to use a coupon for a cinnamon roll and the employee didn’t know how to use it. He told me that the coupon wasn’t working, then I asked for a manager so he or she can help me and the employee said he was the manager but didn’t offer any solution. I read here a coupple of reviews about the coupons. Cinnabon needs to do something about it!!!

Ordered on uber eats they forgot basically my whole order. I didn’t receive my drink, chips, or brownie and whoever I talked to on the phone who barely speaks english said he didnt see my order.

I have loved schlotzskys for years and this location doesn't skip a beat! Clean restaurant, great food and very friendly staff. They also offer online pickup as well.
Staff and/or owner not helpful when you attempt to redeem a reward. It's as if they don't want you to receive a free sandwich. I tried redeeming a reward, their system would not accept it.
