I came through the drive through the last hour before they closed and as someone that works in customer service I know last minute customers can be annoying. To add onto this I decided to add on a cookie at the window after already placing my order. The cashier TJ was very accommodating and assured me it was no bother at all. He had a great attitude and I will definitely be back again!
My husband went to grab us a couple of sandwiches from the drive through. He had a steakhouse beef which he said was ok and I ordered a turkey and Swiss... (I was home) The gentleman at potbelly didn't ask what we wanted on the sandwich and gave to my husband as is. (on their website this same sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes so I assumed it came with that at the very least) When my husband hands me the sandwich it literally JUST had Turkey and a piece of melted Swiss.
