I came to Potbelly for lunch and when I opened the sandwich all the insides fell out. The bread was old and crumbly. I was so mad. I will drive to the other locations to get me a sandwich, next time. It is not good like the other locations.

This review is specifically for their milkshakes because that is all I have had there. I went there with my girlfriend and ordered an eggnog shake, she ordered a chocolate shake. First of all this milkshake tasted nothing at all like eggnog, second of all it was so watery that I think a glass of water with a drop of creamer would have been thicker. ANY BRAND eggnog off of the shelf in the grocery store is at least 10 times thicker than these pathetic excuses for a milkshake. The chocolate shake was like a grain of hot chocolate powder was dropped into a glass of water. This place should be ashamed, stick to the sandwich game and stop making milkshakes...

Please please start listening to people when they ask for specific things, everytime I go it’s like Im asking for the opposite of what I want. I say light lettuce then I open my sandwich to a mound of lettuce in It. I always caution myself coming here that I know my sandwhich isn’t gonna be the way I like but seriously it’s been ridiculous the past couple times I’ve been.

Never stop by here at night. The guy making the sandwich must have been high on something. I had to repeat my order soooo many times and say it slowly for him to react. I'm surprised the manager didn't step in and took over the order.

The people who work here are wonderful, yet my food is always made incorrectly. Every time I come here, I order a wreck with every topping except from oil. Every time, I order there's always a truckload of oil on my sandwich. As much as a I enjoy Potbelly's sandwiches. Their lack of care for the food preparation is alarming. While I am not allergic to anything, other people might be. I fear for the people who are allergic to things and order from this location. It is likely that they would receive sandwiches with the items that they are allergic to on their sandwich. I'm really disappointed with this poor service. This location was convenient but I can't continue to go to an establishment that doesn't bother to handle the food they make properly.
I came through the drive through the last hour before they closed and as someone that works in customer service I know last minute customers can be annoying. To add onto this I decided to add on a cookie at the window after already placing my order. The cashier TJ was very accommodating and assured me it was no bother at all. He had a great attitude and I will definitely be back again!

My husband went to grab us a couple of sandwiches from the drive through. He had a steakhouse beef which he said was ok and I ordered a turkey and Swiss... (I was home) The gentleman at potbelly didn't ask what we wanted on the sandwich and gave to my husband as is. (on their website this same sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes so I assumed it came with that at the very least) When my husband hands me the sandwich it literally JUST had Turkey and a piece of melted Swiss. NOTHING ELSE. I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and probably won't go back. A shame too since it's so close to the house.
