Fast service and great sandwiches. Impressed with how smooth the process went even when busy.
My first time visiting Jimmy John's and I was extremely impressed. I parked and placed an pick-up order. They were extremely quick. As soon as I walked in, the young man greeted me with a warm smile. He was very courteous. As I was leaving, the young lady acknowledged me and was very sweet. The sandwich was awesome. Very fresh and made perfect! I'll for sure be back. A big thank you to the two that was so nice to me!

Jimmy John's is a conveniently located restaurant known for its friendly and efficient staff. Customers often praise the quick service and fresh, well-made sandwiches. In particular, the in-house employees are courteous and welcoming, creating a positive experience for dine-in or pick-up orders. Many reviewers appreciate the ease of ordering through the app and the accuracy of the food preparation. However, some concerns have been raised about delivery issues, with one customer mentioning difficulties in communication and locating the building when using Uber or DoorDash, which can be frustrating compared to in-house delivery. Additionally, the atmosphere is sometimes criticized for being uncomfortable, especially in locations without air conditioning during hot weather, making it difficult for staff and customers alike. Overall, Jimmy John's offers tasty, fresh sandwiches with great service at its location, but delivery and comfort inside the store can vary.
