This was my Son and I very 1st Jimmy John's experience. As we entered the store it was a very unfriendly Air. Of the 3 employees standing neither greeted Us or even made eye contact. That alone should have sent up a Red Flag, but with everyone taking things so personal these days, I just thought maybe it's just me??♀️, although the 3 made it quite obvious that we were really not welcome. The only reason I didn't suggest we leave is I could see just what the Food Preparer was doing. Trust and Believe that was Our very last Time Patronizing any Jimmy John's location????

They are trying so hard to rush through making a sandwich they don't listen to your order. I clearly stated my order but they had a new guy working the register and the line cooks were only half listening. When I asked about the specifications of my food they got flustered bc they didn't make it right. A lot of big sighs and rolling eyes. They even messed up an order of a group of guys right after mine. Lunch is crazy and mistakes are ok but ultimately what made me write this review was the petite white girl at the end of the line wrapping sandwiches had THE WORST ATTITUDE. Rolling her eyes, having a very unprofessional tone with me and everyone else. My sandwich contents were falling out and I asked her to tuck it in before wrapping it and she said "it's just too much stuff in there". I got my sandwich and opened it and tucked it in just fine. To the girl with the bad attitude, if you don't like your job, find a new one!

I was the inly person when I arrived ordering dinner for my family after getting off of work and at the store I didn't get a receipt or the person's name but after my order was done I asked for a cup holder as I had 3 drinks and an over stuffed bag of food and I am by myself also had some groceries in the car. But he said I don't have any up holders when I saw a stack of them on the shelf. Okay it irritated me. When I get home to start eating I had asked for my #13 unwich to add Jimmy's peppers as I love heat. Mine had none. My 6 year old daughter wanted pickles added to her order and there were cu umber in it. The only bright spot was the chips that's why I gave 3 stars on the food.Fix your customer service or your lack of caring.

When I left because I no longer wanted to order he was on his phone. I’m actually amazed because I’ve never had that happen to me at a store front where you come in to order food.

Extraordinarily bad service, almost shocking how poorly anyone walking in is treated. Seems like it's meant to be a ghost kitchen instead of a real restaurant. I'd suggest going almost anywhere else.

Rudest employees i've ever encountered. Right when we walked in we were greeted with "EXTRA TIP?" and that's the only greeting we've gotten at this location, normally you don't even get acknowledged. Knocking on the register loud to hurry me up, beyond rude. They threw my sandwich together, decided to not cut any of ours in half...they basically just want us out of there. AND they forgot my friends jimmy mustard. There's like 8 employees in there not doing shit but giving customers the stink eye. If you hate your job so much or pride yourself in being an asshole & maybe you should go work at Dick's Last Resort there's many locations!
Drinks and chips are good. The sliced wheat bread has seeds and nuts - yuck. The French bread they have is too tough — sorry no other bread options - not good. The Jalapeños Chips are the best ever …. Sorry Jimmy Johns once you improve your bread I will be back for a $12.98 combo ….

I stopped going to this JJ’s because of the unfriendly and rude staff which was also evident in the sandwich I bought last time I was there. I saw where the wraps were being offered again so against my better judgement I decided go in and get what I believed to be a delicious wrap. The person who took my order barely even spoke with no eye contact. The one who gave me my order handed it off to me with no eye contact no thank you no nothing! I will not be going back to this JJ’s ever for any reason. Oh, and the wrap sucked!

I usually never go out of my way to write a comment. I came in and greeted the lady's t the register with a "hello how are you", didn't get a response just a blank face, after a few awkward seconds I said "hello" again, she proceeded to give me a pretty ugly look with a "hello?" like I was d**** I go there a lot and HAPPILY tip 20-25%, not today though. I understand people have bad days like all of us, but not a warm welcoming. Greet your customers and make them feel welcome. I work with TONs of people in the are who eat there too.

This is the second Jimmy John's to ever let me down. Typically everything is very consistent at all the locations I've been too. This one falls short. The sandwich is just small all around. Thin layer of meat on a double meat sandwich, with a sprinkle of lettuce and the bare minimum of veggies.. There was more bread than anything. The other reviews I read have similar concerns. Unfortunate.
