“i, have been here about three times i like there chicken fried steak for some reason the gravy and steak taste like flour had to wipe the gravy off and eat catchup on it still taste like flour.something went wrong i love there chicken fried steak and food i going to come back try again soon if it taste like that again not coming back sorry. see if ya can find the problem tast your food before you serve it. thank you“

“For me, eating out at a cafe or restaurant is a casual, social affair. Every time I have frequented them, I have been greeted with a nice, gentle ambiance with no loud or destructive TV, music, or unwanted political opinions. As I have no car and ride a bike, I appreciate neither chilly nor sweltering temperatures. Usually, there are couples having lunch, and children aren't boisterous or running around being annoying or destructive.“

“Having been to a Hartz before and I got sick. I was hesitant to try it again but yesterday my husband and I saw a review for Hartz chicken and decided to give it another try.. I am so glad I did the chicken was excellent! The mashed potatoes and gravy and rolls were delightful as well. The only item I did not particularly enjoy was the beans and rice... it needed more salt and a little more love... everyone was friendly and it was an awesome experience!!“

She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay here was nothing short of great. We were originally moved to a part of the restaurant where the AC did not work, and she was able to move us rather quickly to the other side. Mind you my wife was 35 weeks pregnant and she cannot tolerate heat very well, especially under this Texas Heat!!

Then she went out of her way to make sure that we were served by her on the other side of the restaurant.

When it was time to order, she quickly refilled our drinks whenever they went empty, and whenever our food came out, she noticed my wife’s plate was the wrong food before she even got to our table. Taste & flavor of everything was perfect. We left very happy, and of course with enough left-overs to have another meal!

Miss Kelsey needs to have a raise or needs to be appreciated more for what she does very sweet and kind it made our stay wonderful. Mind you this is my first time returning to cheddars in 10 years.“

“We were unable to enter the establishment. Only drive thru. Pieces of chicken were large. Had 6 piece chicken for 3 people. Very tasty. Not greasy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. Mac and cheese was good. Bread roll was also good. Very large piecesofchicken. My only complaint is that the food was not hot by the time I got home. I love my food HOT. Other than that, very well worth it. Great flavor, great taste, awesome price. Highly recommend.“

“Was almost 7pm, their closing time, so the buffet line was no replenished as often as during early hours, so mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, corn and desserts were cold or looked like they were dry due to just sotting out. Won't go at 6pm again, not its best food.“
