“Today was a nice day and I decided to go to Mikkis for my Seniors dinner. When I arrived a staff member opened the door for me. Then the lines was not jammed. My order was placed and the staff were prompt in responding. The turkey wings are fall off the bone good. The gravy is just the right consistency. The mashed potatoes are so creamy and delicious. The cabbage is fresh and sweet as candy. The yams, my goodness, can anyone do yams like this restaurant. Absolutely not. The cornbread is such a good texture, it is almost like cake. The staff has changed to a more friendly and polite team. Always enjoy my visits here.“

“I don’t usually do reviews. However, the service that my family
and I received was above and beyond the norm. Me, my wife and our two grandsons decided to go to Slim Chickens after church yesterday & from the beginning the service, as usual, was better than most other fast food establishments. However we took a long time ordering due to my wife is recovering from a mild stroke and one of my gsons is on the autism spectrum. The manager, “Sergio”, without hesitation assisted the cashier helping us with my coupon and military discount, making the process easy peasy.
My wife got the grilled chicken salad. The boys and I shared the Family 12strips+ 6 bone-in wings+8toasts+10sauces w/ fries + macaroni and cheese as the sides. It was cheaper to get the Gallon of sweet tea and we brought half of that home. The boys almost fell asleep in the booth. My entire crew fell in love with your Cayenne Ranch sauce, except for me I’m not a Ranch guy. I did turn them on to the Sweet Chili though. My only regret, is that I didn’t do a trial run (taste testing) with the sauces, before bringing ALL to the table. We brought home about 6 of the Ranch, whereas now they prefer the Cayenne Ranch & Sweet Chili sauces
Sergio must have come to our table at least 4 times after our food had arrived. He absolutely would not let me get up for anything! I salute Sergio and the staff at this location. I only wish that you were a little closer to home, selfishly, so that I come more often.

“visiting from out of town, found them through Google search. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! We ordered smothered chicken, smothered pork chops and fried porkchops. Was not disappointed and you won't be either.“

“The oxtails with rice was delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of the sides. We had yams, cabbage, green beans and Mac & cheese. Everything had that homemade taste and the portions were large. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed in as if you’re family. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic southern food. 10/10.“

“We walked into Sudie’s after a funeral, completely unannounced with a large party of 40 people. The management team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Coya, our only waitress, didn’t bat an eye. She was amazing and worked extremely hard to take care of all of us. Thank you, your kindness made all the difference in the world at that moment.“

“It’s like the love child between Chick-fil-A & Raising Caine’s cuz they’ve got 10’ish gourmet sauces like CFA & strips as good as RC’s. Now they just need to breed w Popeye’s too and get SPICY Chicken!“
“Great place to hang out! I had my wedding reception here and it was awesome! Book your reception or any other parties and also check out their catering! The Food is off the chain chef kiss to the cook!!!!! if you want a nightcap and some good music or karaoke, hang out with some friends, family or sports night it’s the Liquid Smoke for me!“

“Visit was on 9/13 during dinner. We were immediately greeted when we came in the door. We were sat quickly. Angel was our server and she went above and beyond. We all odered steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. As we arrived it started to get very busy. The manager took her time and came over to make sure everything was great at our table. It it was then that I noticed how busy they started to get and saw that the manager was helping assist with tables on the floor. You don't see that very often these days. She i just wanted to make sure that everything was flowing properly. I highly recommend this location.“

“Went there Thursday evening thru drive-thru. Ordered roasted chicken. Was horrible. Smelled rotten and bad. The beans and rice also has a smell of sourness to it. The food was not hot. Very bad eating experience. Will not be going Back. Yuk and Yuk. Spoiled food.“

“Food is good, but I think there is room for improvements. I wish one day, they do have the spicy breaded chicken tenders. For the banana pudding, I love it too, but would be better if they had it with whipping cream and waffle cookies, as the banana pudding is just a pudding. I go to the one in Southmore, but they just lack the ice cream machine, something that Fairmont location did have. Otherwise, I really enjoy this place.“

“I honestly never write reviews but I’ve been a customer here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It’s a place I’ll always choose to come back to.
Today especially, I felt like I needed to leave a review. I was having a really bad day and the ladies who helped me, I didn’t even get their names were so incredibly kind and genuinely helped lift my spirits. They probably don’t even realize how much their kindness meant to me, but it truly helped turn my day around.
