The Gumbo is fantastic and the chicken and the pecan praline waffle is out of this world!! You definitely will not be disappointed with anything!! We had to wait quite a while for our server, Amy, and they weren't extremely busy. A manager did come to check on us & went out of her way to find my sister a bottle of Coca-Cola :) Gift shop prices are outrageous, but it's a fun place with nice scenic views!“

Mac and cheese has been watery with no flavor for last 2 visits.
Corn was even blah! How do you blah up corn?
The little lady that got us our drinks was very sweet and hard working that's why I'm just knocking off 1 star for service. But the waitress...as long as yours not asking her for assistance with something, she might be ok. But I feel like she would spit in my food for wanting to exchange something out. She's really not the warm and friendly type of waitress...I guess a job is a job. I get it...but dang Gina!“

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Emir! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive to both me and my guest. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not just with us, but with everyone around him. I noticed him taking the time to talk with an older woman dining alone, making her feel comfortable and cared for. That level of genuine kindness is rare and truly appreciated.

If you’re ever in the Pasadena area and visit Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, I highly recommend sitting in Emir’s section, he was absolutely wonderful!“
