Was in Houston for a Doctor appointment and stumbled across this little gem. The food is amazing! I had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans, my husband had the ox tail and dirty rice and yes I had to sneak a bite of ox tail it was all just amazing. The only thing that I can complain about is I totally ate to much.
There are some very good soul you had to go try out the chicken wing with the rice and and the yams and the green beans I guarantee they're closed on Monday but open on Tuesday -Sunday.Parking: It's a enough space to park and get something to eat real good food that you and your family would love to try.

I came on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was packed and Mama herself was a little busy but she handled each guest with grace and care. Though there was a wait, we all patiently waited for our food and it came out hot and delicious. My fried pork chops smothered in gravy were so delicious, just like my Nana used to make them. I’ll be back next Sunday.
