My wife ordered a number 7 and did not receive bacon. They questioned her for 2 to 3 minutes made it seem like it was her problem. Then never brought the food out, she had to go back and ask for it. I remember when chic fila had a standard for customer service.
Horrible experience was denied get ice and buying a cup of ice
