Rhonda, the catering manager, worked closely with me on planning the menu and provided options to help us stay within our budget. She paid special attention to what I was looking for regarding the overall dining experience I wanted for our nearly 250 guests at the Nathaniel center. She asked for the banquet agenda and specifics on when, what and how we wanted the food service to be carried out throughout the course of the evening. She said to me during our planning, “We want to handle everything for you, so you can be guest at your own party.” And she and the staff did exactly that! Everything happened exactly on cue, with me not having to even think about it! It was just as she promised, and I was able to relax and enjoy the evening without a single worry! The staff was attentive and friendly to everyone and truly cared about making it a perfect dining experience for every single guest. They looked genuine happy to be there with us for this special night. The food was excellent and everything was hot and ready to serve exactly on time. I 100% recommend Amedeo’s catering. Rose was the waitress everyone dreams of. Patient and funny all in the same breath. If you haven’t been to LaVilla I highly recommend a visit. You will want to return again and again! We decided to split roll #25 and get the orange chicken as well that came with fried rice. I was highly impressed by the food, it was so fresh, flavorful and delicious! Let me just say Jasmine is such a great person! She was always smiling, checking on us constantly and even gave a chopstick device to help him use the chopsticks better lol. She was attentive, kind, and helpful. She talked to us for a bit after we had finished our meal and she is truly a gem of a person. We really enjoyed everything here and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely be back here!“

Nothing compares with Chuy’s authentic Southwestern American Mexican food including New Mexico cuisine’s influence, Hatch green chili salsa and green chili rice. Add to this their version of Tex-Mex, i.e. cheese enchiladas, queso, fajitas and most importantly their Chili con carne (Chuy’s Tex-Mex). Our waitress Ashley asked if we would like any condiments, I immediately said, yes A-1 please. Because, to be honest, at other places, I need it for flavor. I didn't even open the bottle.. it definitely didn't need it. It was so tender, flavorful and juicy. The potatoes were cooked, not partially, and you only get part of it.. and the salad, well, let's just say, we were thrilled to find, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber as well as all kinds of greens. The ranch was even good! We will definitely be a birthdays and anniversary new favorite!“
