MR. RICO is a cozy little hole in the wall. The tacos are absolutely amazing, the quesadillas are to die for, and the chicken is very delicious. The best food in a long time, with a baked potato that is 10/10 and a 4 piece grilled chicken dinner also 10/10. Highly recommend the baked potato with beef. The phone may not always be answered, but food is worth visiting in person.
