My wife and I just tried the tacos and are so happy we did! A couple of caveats to be aware of.Before going, be aware that this is a food trailer behind a gas station that apparently doesn't pay its bills for trash removal. It doesn't stink (when we were there), but it's a mess.Service was amicable, BUT if a customer who could translate for my wife wasn't there, we'd probably not have gotten what we thought we'd ordered. My absolute favorite taco truck to visit since moving to Houston. I have a few proteins on their menu that I like, but their chicharron is spicy and flavorful and by far is my favorite. Pastor is amazing, so is their regular asada. My husband really likes their barbacoa. Their salsas that come with the tacos have a good kick and I am all for it! 10/10 would recommend:)

Ordered tacos & had a couple of big pieces that were thick & tough like it has tendons in them & makes it harder to chew which I didn’t like. The meat didn’t taste like fajitas either. The sauce was good and spicy though.
