“We stopped in today to try the Bellaire location after dining at the midtown location for 30 years. It did not disappoint! my Red, White & Blue burger was extremely good as usual. The onion rings were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to return to try the beer wall. I love how you can try so many beers at one time and only pay by the ounce. Great place!!!!!“

“I was told this is a Houston staple and no lies were told! I’m an old soul and this is a community joint! First, the oldies playing smoothly in the background just put me right at ease. Who don’t love Motown? The older gentleman who took my order was sweet as pie, and told me to come back 😂 (got a side eye from the man). But the burger. They don’t make them like this anymore! Time to Order: 15 Minutes

Got here around 6PM and it was relatively empty. There's nice patio seating outside with a little radio playing, and plenty inside with A/C. We mentioned we wanted to eat there and were told to sit anywhere and they took our orders pretty quickly.

I ordered a Midtown burger, and my friend ordered a classic. We got normal fries and onion rings to share.

Midtown burger (3.5/5): It's just a tad too pricey for what you get. A great classic burger size but the patty is just a little small and the toppings look a little too shabby. If the onion ring were a bit bigger or just another piece of bacon... Maybe. Nevertheless I was decently full afterwards, but I'd say it's a mid burger for the price.
Onion Rings (4/5): Four out of five for only four onion rings for $4. $1 per onion ring! They're one of my favorite styles though, deep crispy bite on a large onion ring. It's really good. If only there was like, one more onion ring, or if it was a dollar cheaper, it'd be perfect.
Fries (4.5/5): Maybe the best part of the meal? They look a bit soggy but they're actually decently crispy. Fried in beef tallow fat, they're actually quite flavorful. Maybe the best part of the meal for me, definitely worth it.

The Food: Got the classic cheeseburger and fries combo ($20). The burger is a fantastic, high-quality, old-fashioned cheeseburger. No crazy gimmicks or fancy sauces, just incredibly fresh ingredients prepared with care. The only downside? The fries felt like standard frozen ones—this burger deserves fresh-cut fries!

The Service: Absolute 10/10. The staff was incredibly welcoming to a first-timer, gave great future recommendations, and checked in on my meal while keeping the place immaculate.

I was greeted when I walked in and went to the bar. The bartender-Russell greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and also suggested some items. I was also given a free appetizer since it was my first time there. Manager-Maegan brought it out to me. She was pleasant and had a smile on her face as well. I so enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, as well as the staff and management. She even given me a free dessert card to come back. I so recommended this location. “Stopped by for a lunch date with the Mrs. Since I had a Friday off for once. Came during lunch rush and it was busy, always a great sign when entering a place and the line did not go down during our vist. Millers is a classic 50's/ 60s style diner with great decor. Reminded me of watching an episode of pawn stars or American pickers with all the classic ads lined on the walls.

Simple menu with multiple burger and sandwich options and counter service, lady working the front was very nice.

They have a bar top as well as regular seating will definitely sit at bar top on next visit.

I got the grilled onion burger and added bacon, there's also a separate bacon burger with grilled onion that come with bbq sauce. Partner grabbed a tuna melt and I was instantly jealous as I have been looking for a tuna melt for quite some time. Burger was fresh, came with a poppy seed bun, and the bacon was CRISPY. They also add mustard to their burgers which was a pleasant delight as most places don't. We shared a side of onion rings which were cooked to perfection, nice and crunchy but NOT burnt.

Will definitely be stopping by next time I have a free lunch to try another one of their burgers or sandwiches. Ample parking as it's inside of a dollar tree shopping center.“
