“Before I get into the details, I must say that Spring Creek Barbeque is a very solid choice for a meal. Both the food and the atmosphere brought a homey aspect to this experience. I just can’t give the restaurant a full five stars; it’s great, but not perfect. Maybe this review will shed light on that. Upon walking in, we were greeted warmly; in fact, the service was exceptional throughout the meal. I felt like I had to initiate some of the transactions, such as when I asked for my sides (I was never asked, “What sides would you like with that”, which created an awkward pause before I just declared my two choices). However, this was very minor, and service was otherwise perfect. Toward the end of the meal, my family was offered hot rolls, which had clearly just been baked. These were complimentary and absolutely delicious. When leaving, someone held the door for us, which I appreciated. It seemed that the franchise owners/top managers had come to inspect the building and the operations while we were dining, so this may have enhanced the service, but either way we were treated with care. The food was good as well. I like that all of the meats and sides are visible when you order, as this helps somebody make informed decisions. You can also watch the employees make it for you, which is a nice touch. I ordered the brisket sandwich plate with the macaroni and cheese and the potato salad. The sides were simple but delectable, incredible add-ons to the meal. The brisket itself was pretty good, but the buns were a bit too chewy, not as soft as I would have preferred. It was a great meal overall, and I would definitely get it again. If you’re unsure of where to go and are out in Cypress, check out Spring Creek Barbeque. It won’t disappoint you.“

“For gluten-free peeps: Service was quick and food was good. I am gluten-free and I felt safe eating BBQ and coleslaw. It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.“

“This restaurant's food is very acceptable. I had the grilled meat plate and it was freshly made and well-grilled. I did not feel the taste of Turkish food, sumac and Turkish spices taste were missing. I guess they want to please a certain crowd, the casserole, steak and potato eater. However, the meat was good, tender and well grilled. I had the plate of appetizer and they were all good. The only down side is the price. My bill was $62.00. I only had a tea with my lunch. Had I ha al kebab and a drink, my bill would have been at least $35.00 which is really expensive for lunch at a neighborhood restaurant. I was in Dubai recently and found the food to be as expensive as here, but everything they serve you is the highest quality and so good you could die the next day happy! Which is not the case here.“

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how nice, cool, and clean everything was. That alone made a great first impression.

Now before I even get to the food… can we talk about the customer service? Terrell, the owner, greeted us like we were family. While I was standing there looking at the menu thinking, “Dang… I was supposed to start my diet today!” 🤦🏾‍♀️😂, Terrell started showing me videos of all the different items they serve. Baby… with every video my back was getting bigger and bigger! 🤣🤣

My husband and I both ordered the loaded baked potato, and let me tell you… it DID NOT disappoint! As you can clearly see, I left no crumbs. 😂😂 I honestly forgot what the potato looked like before I started eating it.

My grandbaby shared half of my potato and also had the mac and cheese, and she enjoyed every bite.

Now let’s talk dessert… the banana pudding. 😩🍌 you have to go try it yourself because words can’t do it justice.

Very accommodating. I got the half slab (6) of ribs with both glazes and the Mac. The food came out before we could sit down! I counted ~8 bones so I wasn't mad about that. The are cooked beautifully, but the seasoning is 'meh'. My husband got the plate of ribs and sausage. He says the sausage is good. The Mac is really good, but liquid cheese Mac. There not good, there not bad, they're just ok.“

“When I first walked in I was greeted by the staff. Friendly group of folks behind the counter. The cashier was very nice. When I sat down and ate my meal the girl who was working the bakery 3 times passed me up while she attended everyone else in the restaurant and gave them their bread refills. I thought that was odd, no else ask for bread and she went to each table 3 times. My table was right in front of her station. I just let it go. I am not going to beg for something if it is complementary. That was the only odd thing about Spring Creek.“
