We brought in 2 briskets and 4 chickens to be seasoned, cooked and sliced. They did a very good job. Moist and tender. Thank you Valley Ranch.
I have been coming to VR for my entire life. I would go with my parents during my childhood and now visit on my own as an adult. It's always been such a solid restaurant. They have so many side options like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes (as opposed to the usual potato salad, which they also have), dirty rice, and more. All great and flavorful.
