Texas Roadhouse is a popular restaurant known for its lively atmosphere and delectable dishes. Despite being busy, the staff works diligently to provide a pleasant dining experience. Customers enjoy the entertaining staff dance routine, and the food quality is consistently good, with the 12 oz prime rib being a standout dish. The service is exceptional, contributing to an overall awesome experience that keeps customers coming back. Recent reviews praise the quick service, properly cooked steaks, and efficient server, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. However, some customers have noted issues with the timing and quality of the rolls, as well as difficulties in reaching a live person on the phone for orders and inquiries, which the management may want to address to maintain their reputation as a go-to dining destination.
