This location is the worst Texas Roadhouse. The wait staff can’t get anything right. I’m not writing this review after one bad experience. I’ve had several terrible experiences here. You never know how your steak will turn out. I’ve have to ask for the manager on several occasions. They do offer to remake our steak but the person who’s steak was messed up has to wait. By the time they get it everyone else is done eating. The waitress was rude and unprofessional after messing up our drink order twice. The third time she brought the drinks out with no ice. We had to ask her for our salads. Two parties sat down after us. They ordered got their food and were eating before we got our food. Then when we finally got our food some was cold sides were wrong and steaks were wrong. We asked for the manager but all he said was “ can I remake that for you” Do not go there I suggest go down to Salt Grass steak house or Longhorn steak house a bit further down 290 and save yourself the trouble.

"Texas Roadhouse offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful steaks, warm rolls, and lively atmosphere. The friendly staff and country charm make it a great choice for a casual night out."

I came in Sunday afternoon and had GREAT service from my waitress David !!! ???? The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the manger on the floor that night Alicia, I was not impressed with at all. Walking right into guest not saying excuse me just in all didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I heard her say right in front of our table to one of the employees “ Are you from the morning Clock out “ & I just found that to be very unprofessional like pull you staff to the side if your wanting to say something like that she just gave me very bad energy honestly! Other than that the food and service was outstanding.

I normally order food while I’m waiting for my car to charge, this time daughter and I picked roadhouse. Very disappointed; the bread is dried out and the fried pickles are extremely soggy! They aren’t even worth eating. Waste of $$, you would think with as busy as it is right now they would be fresh and crunchy.

Sincerely Texas Roadhouse. Had a blast 10/10 on everything tonight. Food was delicious people were dancing to foot loose. Overall had a blast with the family. I do recommend. My only complaint is the rolls were insanely hot. Piping hot at that.

This was the WORST experience ever here! I have never had an issue at a Texas Roadhouse until yesterday, 4/13. I decided I wanted to come here for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. I saved up for multiple months because we are living paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford to eat out ever. This was our first date out in 3 years. We arrived and were seated. We sat for 20-25 minutes until my boyfriend stopped someone to take our drink order because our server never showed up. We were obviously kind and polite even though we were insanely irritated and upset. Afterwards our server finally shows up explaining a situation. Apparently there was a shift change and she did not know she had our table. What I’m confused about is why she only had ONE table, OUR table on that side of the building and in that section. She took our order and brought our food. My boyfriend needed a refill and one was brought by someone else. We never saw our server again. During our entire 1.5 hr there I had ONE drink. After sitting there for another 20-25 minutes after finishing our food my boyfriend stopped a different server asking for our check. Our actual server came to our table a minute later for the check and boxes. We politely asked for a dozen rolls to go, figured it wouldn’t be too difficult an ask after everything we went through. I gave the server a 17% tip because the server was very kind. After getting home and checking the rolls a couple hours later I regret that 17% tip. I got 8 rolls out of the 12 I asked for. With NO BUTTER. I will not be returning to this specific Texas Roadhouse ever again. I wish I had asked a manager for some type of compensation such as taking a meal off. This was ridiculous.

You know you’re in for some delicious food when you walk through these doors. The staff is always friendly even when it’s packed on a Friday night. I don’t think I’ve ever had a meal I didn’t like here. From the ribeye steak, to the ribs to the fried chicken. And don’t get me started on those rolls. They used to have barrels of peanuts everywhere but understandably they did away with that after the pandemic. They also used to have the wait staff do a line dance from time to time but maybe I’ve just showed up at the wrong time recently. My only complaint is that they aren’t open for lunch. Definitely one of my favorite spots.Parking: They are always busy so you may have to park on the backside of the restaurant.
