I'm very impressed with the Caboose. Great atmosphere, and the owner of the Salty Dog Bistro, Tracy, is one amazing cook. It's bar food, but he isn't running some hippie dippie kitchen. The Cheese steak Sandwich he brought out to me was heaven on a hoagie roll. Full of flavor and I could tell in every bite that Tracy takes pride in the food he prepares. It’s just not Henry…. Like I remember. Food is good. Eric the chef is great. Paige was attentive and pretty too. Stopped by on a Tuesday morning and got great service. But still missing the ‘ol’ school crew. Not bad, but not the same vibe. Where the bartenders know your name and your drink

We went to try Salty Dawg Bistro for a late lunch. Boudin egg rolls were amazing. The ribeye was better than my usual steakhouse. We're going to make this a regular stop so we can try everything on the menu. Great job and quality food, Tracy! See you again soon!
