Excellent Bar B-Que friendly staff and atmosphere

I hadn’t been in a while and heard a conversation with people talking about good chicken fried steak and had to stop in because I remembered how good theirs is! Huge portion size and tender and the sides are good also (I like a little more seasoning on my beans but that’s a preference as theirs are good also)
The brisket is great and I love the links and it was hard to choose a desert so I ended up with cobbler but will have to go back for the pecan pie

The atmosphere is rustic and authentic, showing its age while still being clean and comfortable. Kids eat free on the weekends, adding to the value of dining here. While the sausage could use more seasoning and the brisket may be a bit dry at times, the overall dining experience remains satisfying. Minor improvements could be made to the parking lot, but the overall environment is inviting.
