Brisket was dry, chicken was delicious and moist, sausage was not very tasty and tough.Peach cobbler was delicious!Do NOT get the banana pudding, it was horrible…it was 90% marshmallow with very little pudding and a few banana slices.Never ever had any banana pudding like that before!
Carls BBQ is an old school restaurant, that has been serving consistent good BBQ since I was a child. One of those places that you can always go to be cause you what the quality and taste will be like. Hope they are around for a long time to

Food is decent, nothing special. They definitely need to clean better as there are a lot of flies around the food line. It doesn't seem like they are ever too busy. But they must get busy at night or something because the entire outside patio smells like piss. I'm 100% sure a bunch of men just take leeks out there on the rocks as the stench is overwhelming. Staff is friendly though.
