I have been craving a taste of the island a lot recently and have tried the Loco Moco at another location earlier in thr wee, but it didn't quite fulfill my expectations. Coming here however, I was pleasantly surprised. Best plate I've had of Loco Moco in Houston. I dug in and almost forgot to snap a photo. Patties had a good sear, smelled delicious, nice portion of rice, and eggs cooked perfectly sunny side up. Don't let me get started on the Gravy.... It was a familiar taste...read full review

The food was really great. I had their Loco moco. It was the best I've had so fair. The eggs and beef were cooked to perfection. The rice was soft and fluffy. The gravy was good and savory. I will be back to order more.

Very good BBQ. Something different than the normal that is in Texas. Chicken , Beef Ribs, Sliced Beef and even the Spam were all hits in my household. Rice cooked perfectly amd the macaroni salad is super. Cabbage was also very good. Service has always been top notch and engaging. Luckily I'm around the corner from this place. Love it.
