Panda Express offers okay food served in a timely manner, but prices may differ from what's listed online. The restaurant might close some food stations before closing time, limiting meal options. Despite some issues, it is a good spot for a quick meal. The staff is helpful, suggesting alternatives like Hot Mustard when items are unavailable. Recently, customers have noted that the attention to customer service can make a difference; for example, Joseph was praised for handling a food issue kindly.
Panda Express is also seen as a healthier fast food option, with choices like teriyaki chicken and super greens. Some customers have been pleasantly surprised by the flavors, enjoying dishes like honey walnut shrimp and spicy beef with peppers. Service is often fast, and many appreciate the efficiency of the pickup process, especially when ordering through the app. The drive-thru staff verify orders well, ensuring a smooth experience. Overall, customers continue to enjoy their meals, making it a reliable choice for lunch on the go.
