“This is a new place for me. Went out with friends in my church group. Great food and service with a larger that usual variety of food and drink.Try them out if you want to find something different.P.S. Try the bread pudding as a dessert. It's to die for...?“
“Jorge and our waitress were really nice :)It was our first time here and all the food was nice and fresh. We even got some complimentary elotes. It’s nice to have a true Mexican restaurant with all the Tex Mex around ! ??Mil gracias ❣️“
“I'm really picky about burgers. So picky that most of time I just make one at home, because restaurants and fast food places consistently disappoint. I ordered the Hot Bob burger last time I went to Creekwood. Five Stars! The meat had really good flavor, very fresh vegetables, yummy bun and hot tasty fries. We have also tried their Texas Club, it was great. Service was polite and speedy. Nice job, great restaurant.“
“One of the good beer stores in Cypress - sometimes the service leaves much to be desired - on the first two occasions I went in - there were two gentleman working and both were welcoming, but I made the mistake of going in on a Monday afternoon after work and the female bartender looked at me like I walked into her personal living room lmao - I could feel her eyes asking me to leave - fortunately I'm always on my way out - I buy my selections and go home. Their selection is nice: only a few eclectic breweries: I would like to seen more ale selections from Fair Isle, Maine Beer, Jester King, and Ommegang - if high-end variety is your mode of operating - go to Central Market or Downtown Specs, alas this is the one of the only options in Cypress, so pay them a visit. Maybe your welcome will be warmer than mine lol“
“Great bartenders! Great crowds! Can't wait to play there again! It's a little hole in the wall kind of place but don't let that fool you! Never had the food but I am looking forward to it. We need more little beer joints like this!“
“I drove 25 miles just to go try the burger and I firmly believe this place has the BEST burgers in Houston by far! 9oz of pure satisfaction, not including the bun and extras on there. Everything was excellent; the service, the cleaningness, the bun, the fries, the party, everything. I highly recommend this place! Even if you have to drive 25 miles…it’s worth it!“
“People were attentive but selection is small. We enjoyed the Smithwick's but would've liked more selection. All of the appetizers were heavy, not what we wanted on a hot Texas afternoon. Will be back, but probably on a day more fitting the Highlands, not SE Texas in July.“
“My wife and I have been coming to this bar for a few years now. Its our favorite bar in Cypress. Good food, great drinks and the service is amazing. The manager is always walking around greeting customers and making sure they are alright. Which is something you rarely see at other places. I give it a 10/10.“
“I love, love, LOVE their daiquris! As a New Orleanian, I'm a stiff critic on daiquris. These hit the mark well, and I love that after a couple of purchases, you get $2.00 off, and if you subscribe, they send deals for free samples and discounts. I only drink off the strong menu, and they ARE STRONG! My favorite is the Le Dude.“
“Went there once to visit Leslie Doak who is an old friend, since he was playing in a band there that night. Although bars and nightclubs aren't really my thing anymore, I would recommend this one since it's a pretty nice place to hang out with friends and listen to music.“
“Great restaurant! It's nice to have a mixture of both TexMex and true Mexican food available. I can't single out any specific visit, because they have all been excellent. My personal favorites are the Enchiladas a la Parrilla (beef type although my wife says the chicken are good too). I get an extra enchilada and get dinner and next day lunch with the leftovers.Second favorite is the Shrimp Infierno. I make no excuses for eating them all!The rice, refried beans, la charra beans and the rice are great too. Their green sauce is awesome, and worth the visit just for that. The only thing that I would like to see is just plain flan. I love flan, but they only have pineapple flan, and it doesn't really work for me. But the sopapillas are a great substitute. So, five stars from me! (but I really want one of the Thunderbirds out front)!**I posted menu pics from March 2024. I noticed that there were quite a few with old menus and information.“
“This was my first time at Bedrock Tavern and i will definitely be back!!! The karaoke host was AWESOME! The bartender was extremely busy being the only one, but still remained friendly and professional. Even the patrons were polite and friendly! Had a GREAT time!!“
“Date night for us ended up at Masones after a late movie. We had wings that were the best I had in a while. The bartender Marissa is the best. I am not a drinker and was able to have 4 drinks and left feeling lovely. I will return with and without the Mr & Mrs. #“
“We went to Union kitchen for lunch. We didn’t have reservation but were seated quickly. I would recommend reservation though if you want to sit in the patio seating. The ambience is great- both inside and outside. The menu is decent with a good selection of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, soups and salads. The service was a bit slow but they were pretty full so I guess that’s why!We had the TUK dip which was one of the best spinach artichoke dips I’ve ever had. Our little one also loved the dip!The portobello sandwich was a great option for us as vegetarians and we loved it too. The mushroom was grilled well and was really tasty. They were pretty flexible with any substitution that we wanted.Definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a nice sit down restaurant in the cypress area.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: A decent kids menu“
“Me and my Boyfriend celebrated our anniversary here and it was absolutely fantastic. We had the calamari as an appetizer, 10/10 would recommend. We both had 2 rolls, I got the Black Forest Roll (a personal favorite I always get this no matter the sushi place) and the Bonsai Roll (which has softshell crab and spicy tuna, plated so beautifully I didn't even want to eat it lmao). Food was delicious, service was wonderfully and we had a very nice dinner date and well definitely be returning.“
“I was staying at La Quinta and smelled their food when on my way to check in. I caved. Reasonably priced, small town restaurant feel in a bustling city, great waitress who helped me by giving her opinion on astrophotography I was editing, and great food. I'll likely visit again next time I'm in the area.“
“We dined in on a Saturday night. Wasn't extremely busy but was dead either. Waitress and owner (assuming) were super friendly and made great recommendations. Our kids had the pan fried gyoza and the chicken katsu with white rice. We had a few large hot sakes which were perfectly hot. For sushi pieces, we had salmon toro and asked for it seared (EXCELLENT), yellowtail, white tuna and tuna toro. The pieces were thick and fresh. We also tried the yellowtail jalapeno roll which was so good. The amazing tuna roll which was nothing short of amazing. And the Naruto rolls which was probably the best cucumber wrapped rolls I've ever had. It did not fall apart at all and the cucumber was thinly sliced and wrapped perfectly. Perfect for a date night or a family meal. We will be returning.“
