“I find it unfair, in a sense, for me to leave a review as I am not a fan of Tex-Mex. I am from Southern California, and it is crazy how different the food tastes. That being said, my family loves the food here and brings us by at least once a visit. I can't fault the restaurant for my preferences, so each time we visit, I pick something different on the menu and then wait to see how my gut will handle it ? I love the warm salsa tho (in CA it is served cold)! The staff here go out of their way to cater to my grandfather (a regular there) and make sure that his food is exactly how he orders it. They are friendly and accommodating, which to me means more than what the food tastes like.“
“Great music, clean, hot fresh food! Allison took exceptional care of hubby and l. She brought out something called a rainbow late which is a sampler plate of all the sauces. I never knew that was available. Allison was very very attentive, energetic, eager to serve us, made great drink recommendations, and made our visit fun! Go girl! We will back to see you!“
“Cute restaurant with a lot of history in old Spring town. Our waiter, Logan, was excellent. He was attentive and gave us a history of the restaurant. He allowed us time to look through the menu and was there when we needed him. We started itoff with the beer bread. I got a full order for three of us and it was a lot of bread for three of us. I would suggest half an order if there's less than three in your party. The bread was soft and delicious. It came with honey butter. I enjoyed the cocktail of the month, Tipsy Tulip. For my meal, I had the seared ahi tuna on a bed of roasted vegetables. The tuna was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were savory. my family got the chicken dumpling dish and the mushroom soup. They both loved their meal. Parking is street parking. We went in a weekday so there was a lot of parking.“
“Service was great! Food was absolutely delicious, some of the best food I have ever had. To top it off the restaurant itself is so beautiful. Our servers name was Molly. She was very informative about what we were getting, she was very friendly and polite. I would highly “
“Okay this is my favorite spot. People go on Margarita Mondays and/or Fridays. You won't regret it. The staff is always so helpful and inviting. I never know what I want, but they take their time to help me decide. Thank you for your amazing service.“
“I drive by this place every day and finally stopped by there idk the guys name working the counter but he was cool and super helpful. It seems like this place is trying really hard to get people to hang out like day drinking bar it's kinda lame has board games coloring and other various game of your in to that but I took my drink to goI totally recommend this place if your into trying something new (they have virgin drinks as well)Parking: Next to an Exxon on a busy intersection“
“This is our first time at this spot ! The food from the trucks are all amazing. Raise Pizza really made a difference and stood out the most to us. Not only did they communicate with us while our food took a little longer than expected ,but they went the extra mile and made the best /most fresh pizza I have ever had. To top it all off the staff was so kind and brought our food to us with a sweet treat for my 4year old daughter to enjoy! We will most definitely be back!“
“Great food, wonderful service!! Tastes freshly made, their salsa is amazing! Don't expect free chips & salsa though.. you get served a lil fish soup with bread when you sit down. Meals that you normally expect extra tortillas on the side come with fries &/or bread instead.. their fries taste great. Also, the rice tastes like the best fried rice you've ever eaten!“
“I’m not really sure why I haven’t written a review of this place before… ??♂️My wife and I have certainly been there a multitude of times and ALWAYS enjoyed it. On Sundays, Yelba and Roy provide an entertaining background with a variety of music that gets everyone dancing… ??On Tuesdays they return to host a night of Karaoke that is friendly and encouraging for those less experienced wannabe singers… ?The drinks and the service are first class, with Sadie and all the staff always ready with a smile… ?The owners, Toby and Damon are frequently there and occasionally even test their skills at singing… ??“
“Just moved here to woodlands from New Mexico an happy to know this place is around our corner. Will definitely be wife's new Hotspot for picking up a drink for after work for our before dinner drink.Friendly staff gave me tester gummies to try out loved em, will be a repeat customer.“
“We have gone a couple of times to the refuge. We’ve sat at the bar and we’ve dined outside when there is live music. Saturday we got there in time for an hour of live music and amazing food. The fish with grits and lump crab and asparagus is amazing. I’ve had it before and knew I wanted it again. I also absolutely love the burrata. Had to do that again. However, Tam (Tamara), made it exceptional. Mind you, we have always had great service. She’s personable, fun, sweet, attentive and all around a win for the refuge. Love loved the night!!! She made it extra special.“
“Loved it. The good came out quickly and was got and delicious. If was very simple food which I loved. They don't try to be pretensions, just delicious. I had a small margarita that was not too sweet and hit just right! A truly nice experience for lunch and not too pricey. Lunch for two with a drink and extra beans and rice was just $42. A bit high but considering the world we live in today, no more than if we had eaten fast food. Going back for dinner tonight!Parking: Plenty and varied. Front door is on the side and a bit confusing but you can also enter from the patio.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps and the space between tables is wide.“
“Definitely a quality daiquiri. Taste good, smooth, and most importantly NO HEADACHE or messed up stomach the next day from all the sugar. The selection will not disappoint & if u try one of the “strongest” you won’t need much, trust me!“
“Went to this hidden gem yesterday as we were in conroe for the first time to watch my niece in a softball game and we were looking for a place to kill time, have a few beers with a bit of scenery and this place did not disappoint. great scenery on top of great service, good prices, and the food from the food truck behind called the meat wagon was delicious. Wings and boudin balls for appetizers is a must. Catfish plate was as we say in hawaii so Ono! Tiffanie the bartender is very welcoming and just great at making you feel at home and her service was excellent. Definitely a must come back. Hope to get a room next time to see live music on stages. Thank you all“
“Wonderful stay and super patient staff! Full of energetic children and exhausted adults, everyone was sooooo nice and accommodating. The night auditor deserves a raise. She was so great at her job and pulled in 1000 directions but was quite patient.“
“This place is a really relaxing and nice place to sit down and enjoy. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive to everything and everyone. I highly recommend this place! The mushroom burger was very interesting but super juicy and cooked well. ?“
“I want to poach these bartenders but then i'd have noone to bartend for me on my off days.. amazing bartenders and a great atmosphere. Definitely gonna frequent this place...p.s. if you have beef with the owner, don't take that out on the team that works there man, dont leave reviews on google bout that.“
“First time visitor. Was walking around Conroe and decided to stop in as I saw they had a solo artist playing. Vibe was good and laid back, has an upstairs also so plenty of space. Full bar and good prices. Staff was friendly Would return again.“
“Raise a fork for Adriana seemed a success today. Italian sausage, spaghetti (cooked just right), salad and good music (or was that a beer or two?) Adriana, sure would have been good to see your pretty face today, maybe next time! See everyone else same place next “
“Definitely a hometown bar. Everybody knows everybody. It was my first time in there and I felt very welcomed by the people I was sitting at the bar with. I wasn’t drinking because I was there for business, but it was a very welcoming environment. Bartender was kind and the food was pretty good! Made some friends and will be back for the wings! ?? oh, and it doesn’t pertain to me but you can smoke in there too and they have a cigarette machine thing that dispenses cigs when you run out.“
“So I have only been here a few times and it was to visit a friend who worked here briefly. They seem to have a good selection of drinks. It is also a pretty cool place in an up and coming neighborhood. If you want a drink at a good spot I would say check it out.“
“I sat outside the whole time because I had my emotional support animal with me and they don't allow animals due to past dog fight...he was the only dog there...I have social anxiety...but the food was really good really good the Mac and cheese was phenomenal“
“Last Friday night my family hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and his bride to be at Pallotta's Italian Grill. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for this special occasion! From the start, Phil Nicosia was organized and very informative about all of our options. He was happy to accommodate my son, who has Celiac, by serving him his own gluten free option, and another guest who is a vegetarian. He kept a very specific email thread with me to work out all of the details, and nothing was missed! We had 50 people in attendance and the private banquet room was the perfect layout. We were able to decorate the tables and set it up in a way that everyone was allowed to visit and move around comfortably. Our servers, Shawna and Mariska were amazing!! They were extremely efficient and ready to help with anything we asked! We were also able to watch a slide show while we ate. The food was delicious and everyone raved about the evening. If you’re needing a spot for a party or special event, this is the place to go!“
“We decided to pop in here this evening since our daughter was at a sleepover. The service was great, the food was also pretty good. The only thing that made things a little weird was when the manager and our waitress started getting into about her getting cut for the evening. As a manager, he should’ve taken the employee aside, away from other employees and most importantly customers. Instead, he chose to have the conversation with her where everyone could hear. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.“
“I love this tester location. We always drive out of our way to see what’s new here since they get the new food before all of the other locations. It’s always worth the drive.Vegetarian options: You have to MAKE some of the options vegetarian by asking them to remove the meat from the dish you’re inquiring about.Dietary restrictions: I’m vegetarian and we can always tweak our orders to our liking. They always remove the meat from the nachos or pasta for us without a hassle.Kid-friendliness: Tons of games and entertainment choices for the kids.“
