“I came through drive thru 2 to 3 mins early. I told the young man I will come back around and he said I’ll just bring it out to you when it’s ready. I said Thank you so much! He smiled. He was so polite and kind and made my day! I know every customer is not nice but you have Great customer service. I should have gotten his name. Thank you again“

“This place is ALWAYS busy. The staff tries really hard to keep up and stayed decent but you could clearly tell they get overwhelmed and kept walking from the front to the back once it became to much. I ordered a pizza online and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get it. While waiting, many others encountered the same issue. For "hot and readys" the wait time that was being given out was 45 minutes to an hour. I truly believe they need to either hire more staff or have a quicker process to resolve issues like this. Figure out the ultra busy days and be more prepared. Also, I went here on a WEDNESDAY.“
