“Stopped in after a hard day of work wife did not feel like stepping into the kitchen. So Myself, and finally decided on Little Caesars Pizza. I noticed a new location close by my house address so I decided to try it. The service was Great. The employees are Very appreciative. They also take time to understand your needs,and wants. The store is very neat, and clean. The food is prepared correct the pizza crust is not hard, and burned. Your order will be prepared the way you requested not the way they want to give it to you. Also you can drive home with a hot meal, and not have to reheat the entire meal again.Now unlike the old Little Caesars Pizza I visited freakquently the workers are very rude, they are very unprofessional they just through your order out to you. Also your wait time is so

“Yall... I ordered 6 pizzas for a school event. When I walked in to pick up by online order, there were 11 of us standing, waiting on pizzas.
ON a MONDAY EVENING... most people would be irritated. All I saw was the hustle of Chi. Killin' it getting pizzas out to everyone waiting as fast as he possibly could. Kudos Chi - Great Job!!“
“Good easy order here they care specially I got pepperoni the guy Wd out saying you order sir that’s your fault he change the pizza for me to cheese that’s good service specially in cypress area I was too much hungry went far and need to go to south end up here which is worth it love it

“This place is ALWAYS busy. The staff tries really hard to keep up and stayed decent but you could clearly tell they get overwhelmed and kept walking from the front to the back once it became to much. I ordered a pizza online and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get it. While waiting, many others encountered the same issue. For "hot and readys" the wait time that was being given out was 45 minutes to an hour. I truly believe they need to either hire more staff or have a quicker process to resolve issues like this. Figure out the ultra busy days and be more prepared. Also, I went here on a WEDNESDAY.“
