DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WONT HAVE YOUR FOOD READY EVEN THOUGH THE APP SAYS READY AND IF THEY DO HAVE YOUR FOOD READY IT WILL BE MESSED UP. You have been warned
I had the misfortune of stopping by this location to pick up one single pizza. If your goal is to exchange money for a pizza you might be at the wrong spot since this place is not interested in giving you food or taking your money. Maybe you’ll forget you’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes to be acknowledged if you’re looking down at your phone but you won’t forget. If you even have the slightest craving from this place just drive to another location....read full review
The worst experience ever. You would have thought they were giving away free pizza. I waited in line for a over an hour to pickup a pizza I ordered at 640. Little Caesars Pizza in Cypress is a busy and popular spot that offers quick and tasty food. Customers appreciate the good service, especially when staff go out of their way to help, even during hectic times. The employees are described as hardworking and helpful, handling busy hours with a positive attitude. Customers mention that the pizza, wings, and cheese bread arrive hot and ready, often within a few minutes, which is appreciated given the fast-paced environment.
However, the location faces challenges with staffing, leading to longer wait times and some delays in order readiness. There are reports of only one staff member working during busy hours, which affects the speed of service. Despite this, customers note that the staff do their best under pressure and are generally polite and responsive, even when mistakes happen or orders need to be remade.
Pricing is considered fair, with some customers mentioning they pay around $5 for a pepperoni pizza. While some feel the shape of the bread sticks could improve, overall, the food quality remains good. Many customers highlight the friendly and attentive service, making their experience positive even during busy times.
