If you want to go to a pizza shop and wait half a hour IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW and then having to try to get their attention by honking before getting ANY type of service (which was horrible obviously) this is the place to go to. The employee watched us in the window until we began to honk to get her to actually come up to the window and ask for a manager, The “manager” has no management skills at all. No apologies for the wait or even letting us explain what happened, she was irritated to even be speaking to us. They seriously need to fire and do a whole new hiring in the staff.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I placed a mobile app order, never received a notification it was ready, so an hour later I drove to the store. It was 8:30pm and the doors were locked and the drive thru had 10 cars waiting. So I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told most of my order they didn’t have so out of the 6 items I ordered I only received 1 thing! Then on top of that since I ordered on the app and it was already paid for they said they couldn’t give me a refund of the items I didn’t receive. Also has I was waiting in the drive thru there were at least 6 people that tried to go into the store too I am sure to get their orders. I see why there are so many negative reviews, never ordering from this store again.

The absolute slowest service imaginable. Unprofessional, disorganized, and nothing performed with gloves or proper sanitation. Waited 45 minutes for a Hawaiian and they couldn't even properly distribute the toppings. And my Crazy Bites were burnt. Ridiculous!!

Ordered my pizza an hour in advance and they never took the ticket off the printer. I always have to ask to check on my order and they just then start making it. Never a good experience at this

Literally the only one at the drive thru. There were only three people in total. people who came after me we were serviced. Disappointed waited about 15 minutes. Especially that she looked at me multiple times and ignored me. Do better.
