“The cashier today Emily and the manager was the best service I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. I’m very thankful for them Christmas Eve. I got a couple of stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas and they were maybe 30 minutes until closing. Very thankful for them.“

The atmosphere is questionable with bars in shopping center plaza and around premisis. Food was what I came for and little ceasers was exactly what I expected. This location is super clever to have a drive thru and walk-in service. How convenient.“

“This Little Caesars is further away from my house but I always come here because of the quality and today I met a gentleman named Eric who was exceptional and provided me with one of the best services I've ever experienced in a little Caesar he was cordial polite and was was adamant about making sure I am satisfied with my pizza. “Some days are better than others in terms of food quality. Overall good quality. Customer service depends on who's working. Some refuse to serve you through the drive thru if you have a large order, they'll make you come inside instead handing you the food in portions.“

“Twice in 6 weeks time, on 2 of my visits they got my order wrong. On 2 pizzas I ordered pretzel crust and e got regular crust. Unfortunately my wife picked up the order. But the order should still have been correct when it's printed out on an order sheet. I guess I have to start going to Domino's“

“I've been to different locations. This one should be the training location for all the other ones. They do what they're supposed to do. I order on the app. I drive up when the app says it's ready about 15-20 minutes and wow the pizza is ready! Unlike the location closest to me who takes more than 2 hours to get a pepperoni pizza ready!“

“I used to not get little Caesars pizza because it just didn’t seem like it was ever made right but the last few times I’ve gotten it from this store It’s actually been really good. They’re not overcooked. They’re not undercooked. They’re pretty much cooked just right and all the ingredients are fresh, these days they’re much better and I’m so glad because I really love little Caesars pizza. I had an issue with the app scheduling my order for a different time than when I arrived, and instead of brushing me off, Kierra showed genuine care. She took the time to fix everything, made sure my order was right, and treated me with kindness and respect the entire time.

In a world where good customer service can feel rare, this experience meant a lot to me. Little Caesars should be proud to have someone like Kierra representing their business she is professional, patient, and attentive. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. She absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise).

“Pizza was great and the bread was too but never have enough bread cooked so I had to wait 15 minutes for bread to be cooked which is ok but when bread was done I had to wait another 10 minutes for the guy to come back to the counter.. not good at all !!!! And drive thru window was closed ...

Parking: Up from of the store parking is crazy not enough.. but plenty of parking on the side and back of the store but you have to walk a little farther.“

“This LC is good spot. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to always ask the drive thru person if I can have a fresh straight out the oven pizza. No one likes paying their hard earned money for cold pizza even though it’s good too, but I want my immediate money’s worth.

If you order a specialty pizza, using your own ingredient choices, it’s probably one of the best pizzas in the entire City of #Houston“

“I came in when it was super busy i mean, at least 7 orders ahead of me and it was the fastest service id ever seen considering only one young man by the name of Jason was on registered duty, nevertheless he was super calm and productive and attentive to all the customers including my self props to that kid i would of gone crazy tryna be cool calm and collected as he was!“

“I always have different experiences when coming into this store. Sometimes people are right there to serve, other times you have to stand there and wait a while to get served at all. And the same goes for the food. Some days the food is cooked to perfection, even the crazy bread is beautifully coated with the Parmesan and buttery oil, but of course on its bad days the pizza isn't cooked or is over cooked, and the crazy bread will be so uncooked that it breaks apart in the bag and you have to pull all of them out and reheat them in your own oven.

“I accidentally added a topping to my online order that I didn’t even eat. Once arriving to the store I noticed and went to them immediately.

I’m not sure if she’s the manager but she remade my order without fuss or issue. Even though the mistake was 100% on ME! To say I appreciated that was an understatement. The pizza was hot and fresh! I didn’t even make it back home before eating half the box lol. I enjoyed it, for the price the quality is better than what you expect.“

“Pretty cool location has a drive thru window which is pretty convenient and they dont really take long. The area may not be very appealing to one who's just passing by but the service is always pretty good, most employees there try to always make the best of it and have a good attitude towards customers so I like it for that. The food is as any other location but I will kote ive never had an undercooked pizza or a hot soda at that location along with a decent pace at the drive thru and its a legit spot to grab a quick hot-n-ready.“

“I went to pick up an order of crazy cheese puffs with pepperoni, out of curiosity I wanted to try it. They were on sale today for $3.99, so I decided to try my luck.

When I walked into the location, it looked small, compact, it had the bare essentials. It only took 3 steps to get to the counter, next to it was a station where you put a code your code in to unlock a section to grab your order.

Funnily enough, my order was in there. I tried to unlock it through the 4 digit code from the app, but turns out the machine wasn’t working. It isn’t my first time going here so I believe it had been broken sometime ago and they never bothered to fix it. Making it pointless.

I waited a bit due to the place being short staffed, it seemed they only had 2, maybe 3 people working in this location. I spent a couple minutes waiting for the employee that was meant to be working in the front to be done with what they were doing in the back. It looked chaotic and out of order, I would not be surprised if the employees making pizza were new or just lost.

But the lady was prompt and quickly got my order. I had no issues getting it, all she needed was my name and it took less than a minute.

For roughly $1 per puff, I expected this menu item to be stand apart from the main lineup. And, to be honest, they are the size that you’d expect. 3-4 bites per small cup of a miniature pizza pie. They were adorable, just a bit more burnt than I’d like. But, it can be easily excusable as it wasn’t completely burnt and they’re small to begin with.

I’m happy to say, that looks are deceiving with this product! I don’t know what I was expecting other than pizza, but, when I took the first bite. I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes like a miniature deep dish. Each bite had plentiful pepperoni to cheese ratio, and just enough marinara sauce as to not be overwhelming.

I didn’t think I’d come to love this product this much, but I do. I recommend trying cheese puffs yourself! These puffs made my day. I’ll gladly buy this again.“

This was also during veterans day when they are more busy than usual. I love it and I wish the right people see this review.

“First off I want to say the cashier, the young man he is always so nice. He lets you know how long it will take to get your pizza. He does a good job by multi tasking and helping out in the back trying to get everyone’s order out in a timely manner. While people making bad comments he still does everything with a smile and says nothing.. That is a good worker. If you have to wait 30 min for your pizza especially if it’s a Friday please keep in mind there is an ice cream shop next door and even a fiesta. Don’t be mean or rude to the employees If you don’t like the wait.“

“The new location is much better. The service I received was excellent, with only two guys working nonstop. Let's give them a break for just two people, still a great job, unlike some location's (Beechnut/beltway8) with 6 people who can't get the job done in a timely manner; wrong orders, dropping pizza, giving orders to other customs...and then some!“

“I realize pandemic comes with restrictions but businesses should be consistent. Went to place order last nite & had to wait outside coz I knew they only allow 4 people in to place orders. There were almost 2x as many in there, tho.I went outside to wait; didn't hv to be told. Went back in when I felt order would soon be ready. There wz nobody else in there, to order OR to pick up order. Wz told nobody wz allowed to wait inside.Went back inside when I felt I'd waited additional 5 min. that I'd been told to wait. “I went to this place for Delivery, the service was not 100% fast but come on... it was Halloween yesterday when I went. In any case, the worker kept me informed and as soon as my order was ready, she told me and that was it.
