“The cashier today Emily and the manager was the best service I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. I’m very thankful for them Christmas Eve. I got a couple of stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas and they were maybe 30 minutes until closing. Very thankful for them.“

“They tend to get busy. Either that or it was just that way when I got there. I would rate the food 5 star, but the consistency of the cuts was off. Otherwise the pizza was petty good. “Can we say five stars all around Marco is the best he made my pizza fresh. I appreciated that cause I love a fresh pizza and I was eating my chicken wings in the car because I was starving because I’ve been running around all day and when my Pizza got done, he brought it out to me. That’s the type of customer service that I’m talking about those who go above and beyond for the call of duty, I am so appreciative of him. I think him so much that was so sweet and kind of him. This will definitely be my little Caesars and these chicken wings were so good. I could not stop eating them. I miss the lemon 🍋 pepper!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! & fast!! Seriously!!! “Twice in 6 weeks time, on 2 of my visits they got my order wrong. On 2 pizzas I ordered pretzel crust and e got regular crust. Unfortunately my wife picked up the order. But the order should still have been correct when it's printed out on an order sheet. I guess I have to start going to Domino's“
“I've been to different locations. This one should be the training location for all the other ones. They do what they're supposed to do. I order on the app. I drive up when the app says it's ready about 15-20 minutes and wow the pizza is ready! Unlike the location closest to me who takes more than 2 hours to get a pepperoni pizza ready!“
“I used to not get little Caesars pizza because it just didn’t seem like it was ever made right but the last few times I’ve gotten it from this store It’s actually been really good. They’re not overcooked. They’re not undercooked. I had an issue with the app scheduling my order for a different time than when I arrived, and instead of brushing me off, Kierra showed genuine care. She took the time to fix everything, made sure my order was right, and treated me with kindness and respect the entire time.
In a world where good customer service can feel rare, this experience meant a lot to me. Little Caesars should be proud to have someone like Kierra representing their business she is professional, patient, and attentive. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. “Hugo took my order 5 minutes before they closed which is RARE for fast fond restaurants and other little ceaser stores in general. I ordered a pizza and drinks and he was nice throughout the whole time and did not have a stink face like other feast taint have before they close. Hugo is the MVP“
“This LC is good spot. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to always ask the drive thru person if I can have a fresh straight out the oven pizza. No one likes paying their hard earned money for cold pizza even though it’s good too, but I want my immediate money’s worth.

“I always have different experiences when coming into this store. Sometimes people are right there to serve, other times you have to stand there and wait a while to get served at all. And the same goes for the food. Some days the food is cooked to perfection, even the crazy bread is beautifully coated with the Parmesan and buttery oil, but of course on its bad days the pizza isn't cooked or is over cooked, and the crazy bread will be so uncooked that it breaks apart in the bag and you have to pull all of them out and reheat them in your own oven.
So, I hope that the day you go you get the good service day!!“

“It's a great pizza place but somitimes there are when it takes forever for them to get the food ready to give it to people and especially when they say the oven is popping out tons of pizza's at once. Other than that, the food is great (sometimes it's not cut all the way but that's okay <:)) overall this place is good 👍“
“I went to pick up an order of crazy cheese puffs with pepperoni, out of curiosity I wanted to try it. They were on sale today for $3.99, so I decided to try my luck.
When I walked into the location, it looked small, compact, it had the bare essentials. It only took 3 steps to get to the counter, next to it was a station where you put a code your code in to unlock a section to grab your order.
Funnily enough, my order was in there. I tried to unlock it through the 4 digit code from the app, but turns out the machine wasn’t working. It isn’t my first time going here so I believe it had been broken sometime ago and they never bothered to fix it. Making it pointless.
I waited a bit due to the place being short staffed, it seemed they only had 2, maybe 3 people working in this location. I spent a couple minutes waiting for the employee that was meant to be working in the front to be done with what they were doing in the back. It looked chaotic and out of order, I would not be surprised if the employees making pizza were new or just lost.
But the lady was prompt and quickly got my order. I had no issues getting it, all she needed was my name and it took less than a minute.
For roughly $1 per puff, I expected this menu item to be stand apart from the main lineup. And, to be honest, they are the size that you’d expect. 3-4 bites per small cup of a miniature pizza pie. They were adorable, just a bit more burnt than I’d like. But, it can be easily excusable as it wasn’t completely burnt and they’re small to begin with.
I’m happy to say, that looks are deceiving with this product! I don’t know what I was expecting other than pizza, but, when I took the first bite. I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes like a miniature deep dish. Each bite had plentiful pepperoni to cheese ratio, and just enough marinara sauce as to not be overwhelming.
I didn’t think I’d come to love this product this much, but I do. I recommend trying cheese puffs yourself! These puffs made my day. I’ll gladly buy this again.“

“It's a great place but the employees are overwhelmed I hope they get paid fair.. not all the time the customer is right, please take in mind they are mostly teenagers trying to get their own expenses paid out, remember you were once a teen too.“

“I only get little ceasers crazy bread every so often after work & most of the time this location delivers on what it should be - hot, fresh, & ready 80% of the time even without placing an order beforehand.
Seemingly randomly though, they have days where the bread sticks are dry/stale & are a multitude of different sizes - like some are the size of my pinky finger & I feel like I'm getting ripped off for total weight of food being served.
Maybe they weigh each batch & it doesn't matter what they look like, but the days that are dry/stale I want to break things....there is something about cheap buttery dough done right that scratches a deep itch of satisfaction.
It's a very busy location & the staff are always professional in my experience, think they just might be overworked some days or something - when it's good, it's great.“

“It's Little Caesars a budget pizza place so I don't expect much. The food was okay. Not great, but that's what I expect. Atmosphere is non-existent which is fine. The only issue that I have is that this location tends to be very short-staffed. I arrived 10 minutes after the latest time estimate provided to me and my food hadn't even been started yet. It was 3:00 in the afternoon, not even close to peak business and this is a common occurrence at this location. The staff was friendly but very clearly overworked. Overall, I'd say don't set your expectations too high and probably give it an extra 20 or so minutes past what they tell you to when picking up food“

“I had a small issue with my order at first, but the store was completely overwhelmed with angry customers and delivery drivers, so I didn’t bring it up while I was there. Instead, I called later to let them know about the problem, and Mateo actually contacted me personally afterward to make it right, which I really appreciated. When I came back to pick up the replacement pizzas, they were fresh and ready for me. Mistakes happen anywhere, but great customer service is what matters, and the team handled it really well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again!“

“I realize pandemic comes with restrictions but businesses should be consistent. Went to place order last nite & had to wait outside coz I knew they only allow 4 people in to place orders. There were almost 2x as many in there, tho.I went outside to wait; didn't hv to be told. Went back in when I felt order would soon be ready. There wz nobody else in there, to order OR to pick up order. Wz told nobody wz allowed to wait inside.Went back inside when I felt I'd waited additional 5 min. that I'd been told to wait. Resentment got best of me; tho I've become accustomed to checking to make sure order filled correctly before walking out, didn't check 'til I wz outside & found order had been taken incorrectly. Got stuffed-crust 3 meat treat instead of stuffed-crust 3 meat with mushrooms; 2d time they've filled order incorrectly, with one big difference: 1st time, it wz rung up correctly, so they made pizza as ordered & comped time waiting by giving me pizza they'd made erroneously.Next time I order there, will hv order written down for them to copy for ringing up & check before walking out of store.“
