Absolutely terrible service. Ordered through the app that offers walk-in pickup. Was denied at the door even though I could see my name on my pizza waiting and getting cold. I was forced to wait in a drive thru pickup with over 10+ cars. The fact that you have to wait over an hour to receive “hot n ready” pizzas is absolutely absurd. I don't want to sound like a "Karen" but there is always a line. I can understand that there is a bad homeless situation there, but that's when you can call the police order them to go elsewhere. How do you get in touch with the owner or manager?

Terrible place, they don't take good care of the place and the lobby closes early, you have to enter through the window as they close at 11 and close before 9. I don't recommend the place.
