Order ahead of time because I know it’s busy hour. I receive email saying it is done. I proceed to wait in a long line. Over 30 minutes. No way out because there’s a car in front and behind me. This location is super busy. Google is lying. One thing is I see the cashier is trying but doesn't have enough people working. The ovens are burning the food, and they only have 1 person working back there even though there are 4 people. Which is still not enough for the demand. This location needs help and better management. It was once our go to location. If you come here by choice be patient. A lot of people were extremely rude to the cashier this evening. I absolutely hate this location. There was a time they were extremely efficient. I am not sure what has happened recently however, the last few times I've visited the wait has been atrocious and the customer service horrible. My visit in 3/31 was the pickup of a mobile order.
