This establishment has consistently provided the most exceptional experience among all Jack in the Box locations I have frequented. We utilized the mobile application for our order and subsequently collected it via the drive-thru. The food was perfectly crisp and warm!
Customer service was ridiculous/awful. We felt like we were interfering with whatever they had going on. Walked up to the counter and stood there while she was mopping, she stopped and looked up and said, can I help you with an attitude and that's when I asked for sauce for my egg roll and ketchup for my fries and she stopped mopping and tossed it on the counter.
