Night time staff is very unprofessional. Everyone was leaving before 10 o’clock and not taking orders as they’ve been walking in . I’m seeing employees standing around and in the lobby not taking orders at all and leaving it up to one man to complete orders . They were all but the one man trying to leave early and close up . Very unprofessional and we were very unsatisfied . I will be filing a complaint .

Ok I’ll edit this to say that I did see her be kind to a customer. Apparently something is going wrong in the back. And she seems tired…while I get that, customer service is key with situations like this or just treating people kind.First, you walk in they look at you and say nothing. We ordered the pizzas through the app, they gave a time to pick up 3:57, it's 4:50 and they don't deliver anything, I don't understand why they give a time if they aren't going to have it and the workers are always terrible, the owner won't be aware of this place? ?
