Night time staff is very unprofessional. Everyone was leaving before 10 o’clock and not taking orders as they’ve been walking in . I’m seeing employees standing around and in the lobby not taking orders at all and leaving it up to one man to complete orders . They were all but the one man trying to leave early and close up . Very unprofessional and we were very unsatisfied . I will be filing a complaint .

Ok I’ll edit this to say that I did see her be kind to a customer. Apparently something is going wrong in the back. And she seems tired…while I get that, customer service is key with situations like this or just treating people kind.First, you walk in they look at you and say nothing. Don’t take your order, don’t ask if you’ve been helped…nothing. No gloves…no hair nets. I walked out and just ordered on the app thinking that would be easy…it’s almost about to be an hour and it’s still ready…phones ringing off the hook. I understand this is the good but the general manager gone here from me and if that does nothing…imma figure something out!! Because this is the closest little Caesar’s and ain’t no way you can’t find employees who want to work!!! Get some teenagers in here, something!! And I been standing here for 10 minutes and they took ZERO orders…and said nothing.

We ordered the pizzas through the app, they gave a time to pick up 3:57, it's 4:50 and they don't deliver anything, I don't understand why they give a time if they aren't going to have it and the workers are always terrible, the owner won't be aware of this place? ?

Very nasty & disgusting environment I have never been treated so disrespectful behind pizza. There were already hot & readys made & the lady was choosing not to serve us and the line was already long. I think your business would move alot faster is you would just serve us so we can be in and out. I at 3:00 & the black lady with the glasses needs to be fired being disrespectful to customers
