I went twice today. First time ever going. They forgot about me the 1st time and kept giving people the same order I had while I waited 20 minutes. Once they realized their mistake, they didn't apologize, just gave me my food. I figured it was a one off since I'd never gone before and I loved the new puffs so decided to get them for the family for dinner. I ordered on the phone and was told to pick up at 8:40-45pm. I visited Little Caesar's expecting a quick and tasty meal, but instead, I was greeted by atrocious customer service and abysmal hygiene practices. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers, and the cashier's indifferent attitude made me feel like an inconvenience.
