I went twice today. First time ever going. They forgot about me the 1st time and kept giving people the same order I had while I waited 20 minutes. Once they realized their mistake, they didn't apologize, just gave me my food. I figured it was a one off since I'd never gone before and I loved the new puffs so decided to get them for the family for dinner. I ordered on the phone and was told to pick up at 8:40-45pm. I got there at 8:40pm and was told it was still being made, so I waited. I waited until 9:15pm and realized it appeared my order was in the the warmer. Guess what, IT WAS! I don't even know how long. I didn't even want to complain because the cashier had already been rude to someone else upset about their order, very rude, so I just left but got home and the pizza and puffs were COLD and BURNT. Not luke warm, COLD! I had to put everything in the oven and air fryer. Do better.

I visited Little Caesar's expecting a quick and tasty meal, but instead, I was greeted by atrocious customer service and abysmal hygiene practices. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers, and the cashier's indifferent attitude made me feel like an inconvenience. To top it off, the area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with greasy floors littered with crumbs. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service.? I just bought a pizza and when I asked the dark-haired man how long I would have to wait, he yelled at me 3 times and he told me 30 minutes. He yelled at me angrily in front of the people who avia ayi. terrible customer service. If you don't like your job, get them out of there??♀️ they should treat the customers well, one goes to "buy the pizza" but we are not going to ask for the pizza for free so that they treat him badly even. Please manager of this little Caesars Look how your workers treat customers.?

My experience there was bad, I placed an order to be ready at certain time to be ready when I get there, I asked the cashier If he knows how longer it gonna take to be ready since it wasn't, he said they Making it, I asked how long, and he started screening "did you'll heard him give him that one like that, and start calling others coworkers, short story the pizza they makes looks ugly , so they want to make another one but I didn't have time to be waiting so they gave me what they had, cashier at from desk needs to chill and find a better way to talk to customers, and when you placed an order to be ready at certain time is their job to have it ready...

I called to Place my order at 7:00 and should’ve been ready at 7:25. Got to the store at 7:30 turns out my order wasn’t ready at all . I waited for 25 min and nothing was being done . Their was chaos at the store had 9 other people waiting on their order and was told the same thing our order wasn’t ready at all .The manager was frustrated because the staff weren’t doing the job right . So I walked out this is ridiculous! I highly recommend pizza patron it’s literally down the street , got my pizza and ONLY TOOK 12 MINUTES not an 1hour wait.

Yeah, avoid this place like the plague. I ordered from here and the pizza wasn’t done right and they forgot a few things on the order. I’m not even from here and this is the worst little ceasers so far.
