Had the worst experience. The cashier Elizabeth C. was beyond rude. Waited in line at the drive thru for about 50 mins. I waited 20 mins and then another 20 in front of the window and she never addressed me, I knocked several times and was ignored. I tried to go inside to see how much longer it would be and she had locked the door and someone else happened to open it. Ordered something small from here online at 8:55pm and paid. The app said with would be ready at 9:15pm. When my husband went to go pick up the order, he said the location was closed and the employees were just staring at him from the back of the counter. There were other customers outside wanting to order food as well. Bernita is the absolute WORST display of customer service there is. Not to mention, Mexicans display racism much more than Caucasians could ever.
