Bernita is the absolute WORST display of customer service there is. Not to mention, Mexicans display racism much more than Caucasians could ever. You would think minorities would treat minorities better. The Spanish speaking people before and after me was served properly. If you are anything other than Mexican, stay away from this trash!!!! Had the worst experience. The cashier Elizabeth C. was beyond rude. Waited in line at the drive thru for about 50 mins. I waited 20 mins and then another 20 in front of the window and she never addressed me, I knocked several times and was ignored. I tried to go inside to see how much longer it would be and she had locked the door and someone else happened to open it. If I had just been told how much longer it would be I would have decided to stay or go. When I got inside she came at me aggressively and wanted to know who let me in. I asked her why she ignored me so long and she claimed she was just “doing her job” after I told her I had been waiting for 40 mins she said it wasn’t true and I was like yes 20 before and 20 at the window where you didn’t even address me. She asked me what I wanted and told me to stop making “a big deal” and said she would get me a pizza. I went back to the drive thru and waited another 10 mins.

Ordered something small from here online at 8:55pm and paid. The app said with would be ready at 9:15pm. When my husband went to go pick up the order, he said the location was closed and the employees were just staring at him from the back of the counter. There were other customers outside wanting to order food as well. The employees eventually started telling people the store was closed but it states online and on the front door they don’t close until 10:00pm. We didn’t end up getting our order and my husband called another nearby location to see if we could get it there but the employees there said there had been many similar instances in which customers are having to get their orders fulfilled at other locations because this one is having problems.

Service is terrible. All I wanted was a hot and ready waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Asked for a refund and that took 10 minutes. I don't recommend going there.

Horrible service and customer service. 1 hour 40 minutes waiting, I couldn't leave the store because I paid with a card and I no longer had money to buy some food for my children. When requesting a refund, it would take a while for it to appear in my bank account. In the end, because I had already had a long wait, he canceled my order.They should have well-prepared people to serve the customer and be agile.If you don't feel like working, it's better to stay at home instead of wasting time at the branch.
