Almost every time I come here there's a problem. But my last experience was probably the worst. I had an online order so I figured by the time I get there it will be ready. Not at all. Before I walked in I gave it some more time since I got there pretty quick. When I asked about my order they asked for my name and they didn't see my order. It was just a plain cheese pretzel crust. First and last time coming to this location 08/08/26 around 8:30pm. I placed an order for pick up at the drive thru window and sat at the window for like 10 mins, when no one came to check on me I decided to just walk inside and get my order. Girl at the counter told me my pizza was still in the oven, I proceeded to wait around 30 min maybe even more, the two girls working had no idea what they were doing.
