The new location is much better. The service I received was excellent, with only two guys working nonstop. Let's give them a break for just two people, still a great job, unlike some location's (Beechnut/beltway8) with 6 people who can't get the job done in a timely manner; wrong orders, dropping pizza, giving orders to other customs...and then some!

I usually avoid writing bad reviews but this annoyed me because I've had bad experiences not once, but twice in this location.Every. Single. time I come in to get pizza at this place, they take forever to just take your order at the register. So instead of waiting in line I tried to do take out instead and pick it up from the pizza portal and go, but nope. They didn't even have my name on the screen as it should as it said on the email. And the people who work there ignore you if you've been standing at the register what felt like forever to pick up YOUR ONLINE ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE MACHINE YOU'D PUT A PIN IN YOURSELF. How hard is that to do or just hand over the pizza??Very unprofessional, wait times are horrible and i rather order my "quick and ready" pizza somewhere else. My God I'm so annoyed. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely unacceptable wait times from the Pizza joint whose entire brand is based on being "Hot and Ready" you could walk into any other competitor and place a custom order and have got your food faster than coming in here. No excuse for what is clearly poor management.

Liars, liars. Don't like this location. Don't come here. They lied. It said clearly, you get $1 off crazy puffs with purchase of a classic pizza. When I did that, the guy said it had to be a purchase of a 2 liter soda. That's a lie. I hate him and that location. Burn in hell.
I did not go inside of the restaurant. That is why I gave it. Zero stars. I made a DoorDash order to order a extra most cheesiest best pizza, although it was like a very soupy and oily cheese on it and they did not cut my pizza I had to cut it with my fingers because I do not have a knife on me, this was not a good experience for me and DoorDash gave me five dollars of credit because of this but I was not satisfied with this pizza at all. I would recommend just get a normal pizza.Vegetarian options: There is a cheese pizza and you can’t get a cheese and pineapple pizza and you can get a supreme pizza with no meatDietary restrictions: I wish that this restaurant had more options for people on a diet because the pizza is full of oils and bread has carbohydrates which is not ideal for a diet. This restaurant. Also fails to offer vegetables aside from their supreme pizza.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant has little cheese puffs that you can feed your children. If they are picky they also have plain cheese pizzas for little ones that do not like pepperoni and vegetables on their pizza.
