Can someone please change the name of hot and ready to slow and never ready.
Its the worse litle caesar that i never visit.

They never have people at the drive thru and when they see you waiting at the drive thru they don’t even care. I had to wait over 30 minutes for pizza that’s supposed to be hot and ready , cold and never ready should be the slogan for this location!
The manager here said they are trained to give away your pizza order to someone else if you are not there when the pizza order is ready. They will take order peoples orders out of the pizza portal to give to someone else and when you show up you have to stand in long lines , ask for your pizza , find out it’s been given away, wait another hour for them to make yours. Crazy way to handle orders. The whole point of the pizza portal is so you can walk in and grab your pizza.
