Slowest Little Ceasars ever. When the app tells you that your order is going to be done in an hour so you show up an hour and five minutes later and you still have to wait another 20 minutes for the person behind the counter to make up some excuse as to why your order is late. So you wait, and while waiting, you hear an employee tell another to stop standing around and work and with a slight verbal altercation afterwards. Finally I have to go up to the counter and the worthless one has to go get someone else and he's still says they're working on the breadsticks. After telling him I want my money y back he says we can give you something else instead, why wasn't that an option 20 min ago. Worst service ever. Slowest service ever.

Ordered via this app 40 minutes or so ago and went to pick up my order and the door is locked. Couldn’t see anyone inside. Called their number and transferred me to corporate who told me it shows they are open. The doors were locked and people were gathered outside. The app has no way of trying to get a refund so I called my bank. Now my money is stuck for three days until this resolves. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

Friday after work, 3rd car in take out line, when I got to window, I asked what was hot and ready after "Shorty" told me they had 45 minute wait because of High Volume demand. I took what was available, cost was $7??, I gave $20 and was told No Change and in a split second, after telling "Shorty" all I had was the $20 or $5 she offered her $1?? tip money and said, "I got you", Handed me the pizza and smiled and thanked me. BEST SERVICE EVER from someone that was over whelmed and took it like a champ in the name of SERVICE. In my Opinion, anyone else making a negative comment from this location is "Serving themselves" and "the spoiled, self entitled brat" who didn't get what they wanted when they wanted it has never looked past themselves and has no clue. I have gone back to give "Shorty" her tip money back and BIG tip for her service and kindness for her positive attitude, but have not been able to catch her, I will not give up until I catch her. The act of kindness should not be missed by the Corporate Office for her effort's.

Worst Little Caesars I've been to. Went through the drive thru and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back and when I went in no one was in the front, they were in the back tending to the drive thru and there were plenty of people complaining and calling someone to come to the front. Most of us were waiting for pizzas that we had already paid for. When someone did come to the front it wasn't to tend to us, it was her friend that came in to get some food and gave the friend the food and still completely ignored all of us and when we said something to her about who will be taking care of us in the front she said she is busy and she will get to us when she is done. Mind you we all can see the pizzas ready in the warmer.... When she finally asked us for names of the orders, it was the same pizzas that were already sitting in the warmer the whole time. I could've just went back there and grabbed my own pizzas and saved me 30 minutes... ? Then she had the audacity to say she needed to help the drive thru because it was busy... I said to her that I am part of the drive thru and you guys didn't have any pizzas ready... She just giggled and went to the back again... Worst customer service!
