“It’s wonderful family owned local food store with a cozy dining area!Having a place that covers your needs without the need for long drives is definitely convenient. Plus, a clean environment, tasty food, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere make the experience even more enjoyable. It's great to see such positive aspects of the store.Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Salads and falafelsParking: If there's limited parking directly in front of the store, shared parking spots within the same plaza can be a convenient alternative for customers.“
“Although the place was about a third-full of customers, there was no line. The servers had smiles and were really helpful & patient since it was my first time at a Cava. There are tons of options to build your own dish. The food was fresh and delicious. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean food, so I loved it. Probably an American version of Mediterranean, but just delicious still! I'm def going back.“
“Dimitri was our server tonight and he was spectacularly good. There are very few places at all with service as good as what Athena's displayed. I rarely write reviews, but Dimitri was in particular so notable I had to.Athena's creates a food experience that exemplifies the word family. Great home style food, fresh and hearty, with a delectably satisfying taste; atmosphere like a reunion or a wedding; all with personal and perfectly attentive service. Somewhere between, and including, a place you could take a first date or the neighborhood staple spot - Athena's is a top tier dining experience in every aspect.“
“I was looking for a good shawarma wrap and someone told me about a cafe on Dairy Ashford but this place had better reviews and was closer, so we tried them out. The 3 meat mixed grill plate was delicious and well cooked at medium. The chicken steak mixed shawarma wrap was pretty good. The meat was a little dry, but I mixed the hot sauce with the garlic sauce and it was tastier. My husband ordered the stuffed grape leaves, but I thought they were mushy. We also got the Mediterranean fries which were mid. They were freezer fries with a lot of raw garlic and lemon tossed on them--very soggy but not bad. Just disappointing. The hummus was mid as well. Not bad--just average. My husband couldn't resist getting 2 slices of cheesecake: one with fruit and without. They were your standard restaurant ones. The owner was very nice and threw in extra pilaf and pita; this place has potential and is worth trying. I just want more from them given the competition. Honestly it's a 3.5 because of the hummus.“

“This restaurant is phenomenal. I never tasted Gyro this good. All the food I have tried here is amazing. My favorite is the Beef Gyro, as it is so flavorful and tender. This business has been here for 37 years and I definitely see why. Thank you Aboss, for your incredible food, the pleasant experience, and sharing your knowledge with me. This restaurant is simple and quaint. Thank you.“
“What a pleasant surprise, and to think I have driven past this gem and not stopped in many times. I love the grocery store attached to the restaurant The food was tasty and the service was awesome. Faves today Chicken kabob plate with rice and hummus Cesar salad with chicken kabob Definitely returning to both“
“Friendly and respectful service since the moment I entered, ordered the Beef and Lamb Gyro which had a great portion for price, good fixed only would ask for the meat to be seasoned just a tad bit more. Amazing Soda fridge with nice variety.“
“This was our first time here. Ingredients were fresh and the gyro was out of this world- so delicious! It's set up like Subway. You choose between a gyro or bowl and you pick which toppings to include. We did gyros and got all the fixings! Don't skip on the hot sauce! My daughter got a slice of the baklava cheese cake, the bite I snuck was fantastic!“
“Tried CAVA for the first time. It's a walk-up and order style restaurant. Limited menu, but everything looked tasty. I opted for a Greek grilled chicken pita. It's a fresh pita with humus spread on it, pickled red onion, diced cucumber, chopped grilled chicken, feta cheese, and greek sauce. Rolled up nice and snug, wrapped in paper. Very tasty combination of flavors, all fresh, high quality, and well balanced. Wife ordered the greek salad, and it looked amazing. She really enjoyed it. The drink station had "Mexican diet cola" that was surprisingly good and possibly a new favorite of mine! Clean eating area and tables, friendly staff, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return. So, go ahead, treat yourself!“
“I just pulled in because they were open, I like gyros, and It was soon to be too late to get anything but fast food, and I was really hungry. I bought two lamb gyros and some rice. Everything looked a bit more "Indian" than I'm used to for a "Mediterranean" place. Meaning they had basmati rice that smelled a bit like curry, and some things were just a little different. Like, the white sauce seemed to just be ranch, instead of tzatziki, but it was good. The hot sauce I could SWEAR is just the extra hot Louisiana hot sauce you can buy from the store, but yeah that's good too, just not really what I expect at a Gyro place. The meat I will say did taste more like beef than lamb, but it was tasty. I mean everything was good, it was just not like any other place I'd been to for Gyros. Like I expect long sllivers of red onion, and you get little diced pieces of yellow or white here. It also wasn't shavings of gyro off a spit,It was good, but it wasn't what I think of when I think of gyros. I was disappointed, but not by much, because I like the gyros I'm used to more, but this was still very good. Also It was very clean, and the people who worked there were fine. The prices weren't excitingly cheap, but not annoyingly high either.I will probably come back to try another dish, but just know that if you're used to Niko Niko's or something like that this is a different kinda gyro.“
“Huge portions. Pretty good and different gyros and plates than you'd find at traditional Greek and Lebanese places. The service is quite fast. Definitely a quick spot to eat or takeaway kind of place as the dining area isn't really a place to stay and hang out in.“
