“My first time to dine with Cava. Since I am a big fan of salad and I eat 5 days a week. All of my colleagues know that and suggest me to try with Cava. I like the food and service are good. At 8:30 pm after my dinner. After eating I need to use restroom because my nose was bleeding and I have to stand in front of the men’s room for almost 10 minutes. I then knocked the door and found that one of the employees were inside and cleaning for long time. I understand that you need to clean before you closed but during of hour of operation and you still have a lots of customers dine in. You might need to clean it later. (While I was waiting, another person came to the restroom and needs to use it too.)

Overall, I like the place, great food, clean restaurant and will definitely come back to Cava.“

“I had the opportunity to enjoy Herand’s Kitchen in the Heights. Beautiful cozy restaurant. Amazing owner who was very helpful concerning the menu. I had Mediterranean Baba ghanoush, Zereshk Rice Greek salad, and garlic falafel, and every bite was absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were vibrant, fresh, and beautifully balanced from start to finish.

The baba ghanoush was rich, creamy, and perfectly prepared, with a wonderful smoky depth that complemented the fresh ingredients. The Greek salad was crisp, refreshing, and loaded with flavor, showcasing the quality of each ingredient. The garlic falafel was outstanding—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection with just the right blend of herbs and spices.

“After seeing Craft Pita featured on the local Houston show, I knew I had to give it a try! I came the very next day and was not disappointed! Everything we tried was wonderful from the Mint Lemonade, Lebanese wine, falafel, brownie, and iced Arabic coffee. Definitely a 5 star experience!“

I was not a fan of the Semolina Gnocchi. In my opinion, it was lacking flavor & spice. I did explain this to the waiter & they offered to replace it with another dish to my liking.
