“Brayden did a great job helping me pick out my oprimen today! I’ve been here about few times already and the food is always fresh and tasty! My favorite sides are the fried pita chips. I also love getting the different drinks such as cucumber mint lime and blueberry lemonade! Delicious and healthy!“

“This restaurant's food is very acceptable. I had the grilled meat plate and it was freshly made and well-grilled. I did not feel the taste of Turkish food, sumac and Turkish spices taste were missing. I guess they want to please a certain crowd, the casserole, steak and potato eater. However, the meat was good, tender and well grilled. I had the plate of appetizer and they were all good. The only down side is the price. My bill was $62.00. I only had a tea with my lunch. Had I ha al kebab and a drink, my bill would have been at least $35.00 which is really expensive for lunch at a neighborhood restaurant. I was in Dubai recently and found the food to be as expensive as here, but everything they serve you is the highest quality and so good you could die the next day happy! Which is not the case here.“

“We’re originally from New York, so halal truck food is a lifestyle for us — and I have to say, Sami’s Gyro absolutely delivered!

I ordered the smash burger and it was HUGE, juicy, and packed with flavor. It even came with fries, which made it even better. My wife had the chicken over rice, and honestly… hands down, it was better than what we used to have back in New York. The portion size was generous and the flavor was spot on.

We also had the privilege of meeting the owner, Sami. She’s such a humble and kind lady. We had a great conversation, and she mentioned they recently opened another location in Katy — which is amazing!

“A somewhat unassuming exterior but once inside Arabic calligraphy, cakes, sweets, pastry displays abound. Table setting is plain, but the menu is delectable with good size portions. The food is prepared with care and patience and the staff/waitress is gracious, polite, dependable and efficient. I had arranged a surprise for my wife after we ate lunch and both ordered desert. After I was served "my desert," Aisha, our waitress brought out a Happy Birthday cake and the staff sang happy birthday as my shell-shocked wife blew out the candles.
