“I just discovered Cafe Petra and I am so happy with my experience. I am a great fan of Greek foods and Middle Eastern foods and at Petra Cafe, you can find a good combination of all this. The hostess, Dayra is absolutely awesome. She is very nice and very professional. It has been only one year that Cafe Petra has opened and I regret I did not find it before, I am happy to know that I won’t have to drive too far to get my favorite foods.Cafe Petra has the best homemade Hummus and the best Tzatziki I have ever tasted. Most of the foods at Petra are homemade and they are very healthy. I highly recommend to everybody who follows a Mediterranean diet or who just wants to eat healthy and delicious to go and give it a try. “Ordered for delivery. The best Greek Salad! Includes plenty of baby greens, thin slices of red onion and cucumbers, plus loads of cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and fresh feta. I opted for the house Greek dressing and it was delicious! The SD Pita (1) are fresh. The chipotle hummus is a must have! And the Rice Pudding was plentiful and tasty. Although the food may take a while to be served, the customer service here is decent, and the workers make sure to always be in touch and ask questions in case you need something. Do be aware that the food here is somewhat pricy, but if you want to eat something unique or want to diversify your taste, I do recommend this place. I give it a four out of five.“

“I accidentally ordered online (check #22 for the gyro plate, feta gyro salad, and lamb shank) at the wrong location on Thursday 03/28 at the League city location instead of the Katy location.So I called in to request the order be canceled. The hostess or restaurant manager said she canceled it but I still got charged. I never received an email or text message from Toast confirming the cancelation, and my credit card still got charged.UPDATE:I called in again and the manager took care of the refund. We enjoyed the food and customer service always tries to make things right!“

This is the closest I've tasted to that New York City "Street Meat" type of "get ya grub on" whether in a hurry or can stick around a bit... Pair it with some hummus & extra "tzatziki" sauce to really balance the flavor of the lamb off. Come in hungry & leave satisfied .“

The owner is very personable and cares about her establishment and employees, and it shows in the food and service. As mentioned in other reviews, one or two of the employees may look like they could be mean. However, I can not stress this enough that they are not mean. In fact, they are very nice and caring and will take care of you very well. I recommend eating here at least once and letting the food do the rest of the persuading.“
“I love this place! A buffet with a ton of vegetarian options?!?! Count me in! The garlic sauce here is some of the best I’ve ever had honestly. Serviceable falafel, great chili sauce, great lentil soup, amazing humus, great selection overall. Drinks go hard too! The tamarind and the lemonade were crazy good.
