“I was looking for a good shawarma wrap and someone told me about a cafe on Dairy Ashford but this place had better reviews and was closer, so we tried them out. The 3 meat mixed grill plate was delicious and well cooked at medium. The chicken steak mixed shawarma wrap was pretty good. The meat was a little dry, but I mixed the hot sauce with the garlic sauce and it was tastier. My husband ordered the stuffed grape leaves, but I thought they were mushy. We also got the Mediterranean fries which were mid. They were freezer fries with a lot of raw garlic and lemon tossed on them--very soggy but not bad. Just disappointing. The hummus was mid as well. Not bad--just average. My husband couldn't resist getting 2 slices of cheesecake: one with fruit and without. They were your standard restaurant ones. The owner was very nice and threw in extra pilaf and pita; this place has potential and is worth trying. I just want more from them given the competition. Honestly it's a 3.5 because of the hummus.“

“My first time at this place, came to visit from the valley and the reason that made me come is all these great reviews that I read. They had a full house with a huge buffet for Ramadan with almost every Mediterranean dish you can think of. The food was the best Mediterranean I ever had, the atmosphere was amazing, the service was superb, the decor was beautiful. The owner Mohamad made sure to come and check on me, sit with me and made feel like I’m home, very hospitable. Thank you Fairouz for a great experience.“

“This was our first time here. Ingredients were fresh and the gyro was out of this world- so delicious! It's set up like Subway. You choose between a gyro or bowl and you pick which toppings to include. We did gyros and got all the fixings! Don't skip on the hot sauce! My daughter got a slice of the baklava cheese cake, the bite I snuck was fantastic!“

“I just pulled in because they were open, I like gyros, and It was soon to be too late to get anything but fast food, and I was really hungry. I bought two lamb gyros and some rice. Everything looked a bit more "Indian" than I'm used to for a "Mediterranean" place. Meaning they had basmati rice that smelled a bit like curry, and some things were just a little different. Like, the white sauce seemed to just be ranch, instead of tzatziki, but it was good. The hot sauce I could SWEAR is just the extra hot Louisiana hot sauce you can buy from the store, but yeah that's good too, just not really what I expect at a Gyro place. The meat I will say did taste more like beef than lamb, but it was tasty. I mean everything was good, it was just not like any other place I'd been to for Gyros. Like I expect long sllivers of red onion, and you get little diced pieces of yellow or white here. It also wasn't shavings of gyro off a spit,It was good, but it wasn't what I think of when I think of gyros. I was disappointed, but not by much, because I like the gyros I'm used to more, but this was still very good. Also It was very clean, and the people who worked there were fine. The prices weren't excitingly cheap, but not annoyingly high either.I will probably come back to try another dish, but just know that if you're used to Niko Niko's or something like that this is a different kinda gyro.“

“My daughter and I just happened to be driving by and saw it was rather busy so we decided to give it a try. My falafel sandwich and fries were a large portion. Both were good. My daughter’s kebab, rice and vegetables were fresh. All was cooked and seasoned well.“
