“I first tried Eastern Mediterranean cuisine in Chicago Illinois and didn't find a matching taste here until I visited Shiraz Shish Kabob, where the food is superb. We enjoyed the #1 and #2 with hummus and bread, falafels and Baklava, and found the atmosphere to be very calming with the sound of water trickling from the water fountain.“

“Like any buffet, there will be things you like and don’t like. I enjoy about half of it. The flavors on the foods I choose are great, however, during slower times, expect the food to be on the colder side.
This place lets you eat first and then pay. You seat yourself as well, so basically you can go right at it when you get through the door. Probably my favorite aspect of it as it makes the restaurant efficient.
I love falafel and hummus so getting unlimited of those two things really makes me happy.“

“Zand's is absolutely fantastic! I've been there several times and whenever I have friends or family nearby I bring them with me. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is cozy, the owner is very sweet, and the price is well worth it (and honestly not expensive at all compared to the portions and a lot of other places in town).“

“Awesome place for Mediterranean food. The guy is super nice, always greets the customers well. They offer free tea anytime you like. I have been getting food here several times a week since, I am a busy college student and he gives me free desserts sometimes. Definitely, recommend to check this out when you’re in College Station!!!“
