I reviewed the menu here and recalled the Banana Nut Oats were excellent so I had my happy heart set on those! Unfortunately they have made changes to the menu and now it’s Apple Cinnamon Oats. I’m sure it will be good but it wasn’t what I was all set for (I know this should be my biggest problem today, eh?!). I wish it was like the French toast where you could get either. That would be fantastic. Just know the menu posted here is not up to date. There were a few other changes like granola. But the service was great, always good vibes here.”

The service was incredible!! A gentleman by the name of Christian waited on us. He did such an amazing job. On such a large party. We never ran out of anything. Best experience ever!! We were in there on may 30th at 430. Recommend this place to anyone and also ask for Christian. He’s amazing!!”

“Haven’t been there in a few years. Went there this evening. The burgers, fries, and Texas toothpicks were great. The only thing I had a problem with was we went and sat at a table on the upper deck so we could talk because there was no one up there and the lower deck was crowded. Just after we sat down two employees came up and started to drag all the tables and chairs around. Being heavy wooden tables and chairs all they could do was drag them across the floor making a lot of noise. This went in for about fifteen minutes then just as it got quiet again they started doing it in the lower deck. Was impossible to hold a conversation.”

They have a wonderful lunch special that includes the main dish (I typically get the sesame chicken, General Tso chicken, or the sweet and sour chicken), rice (can upgrade to fried rice for $1 more), and a soup. My favorites for dinner are the sauteed green beans with pork, salt and pepper squid, crab rangoon, and General Tso chicken.
They also have a more traditional Chinese menu that includes cumin lamb!

“Roni’s Mac Bar has been one of my absolute favorite spots in College Station. ❤ I'm so sad to be graduating because this is one of the places I'm going to miss the most. The mac and cheese is always incredible, and it's become such a comfort meal throughout college.
What really makes this place special, though, is the people. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, even when they're slammed during the busiest rushes. They somehow still manage to make every customer feel appreciated, and that says a lot.

Also wanted to share how beautiful the cook was on the fried chicken dumplings I ordered yesterday. Everything was delicious, affordable and filling. I fell in love with Korean cuisine after living in South Korea for a year and this is the most authentic tasting Korean restaurant I’ve found in years. So glad I found the hidden gem that is Choi’s Restaurant. You guys will be seeing alot of me. It makes me sad to see negative reviews about wait times when the food is so good. Very kind and attentive server. Even though it was closer to closing time and there were only a few of us tables eating, she made her rounds frequently to ensure our time there was well. We started with gator bites, they come with a sauce that reminds me of remoulade sauce. It was great! I got the AYCE catfish (Sunday special) , man that was some good catfish..flavor was on point! “My friend Jessica and I visited this restaurant today for lunch. We were greeted with a smile and sat by the host Sydney and served by Allen. They were both so efficient and kind. Allen offered us some help with the menu by providing us with his favorite dishes. We got the Brussel sprouts, steak sandwich, and the shrimp tacos. They were delightful. Will definitely be coming back in soon!”

But what I want to say is we had good service from Nicole. We took time to speak to her, thank her, tell her everything was fine, smile at her. She brought us each a cookie, which was so touching. Best part…the meat includes pinto beans, bread and all the fixings! There is something for everyone…including frozen margaritas!”

“I have an infusion today so I wanted to treat myself to a nice breakfast but one that was easy to take into the infusion area. I reviewed the menu here and recalled the Banana Nut Oats were excellent so I had my happy heart set on those! Unfortunately they have made changes to the menu and now it’s Apple Cinnamon Oats. I’m sure it will be good but it wasn’t what I was all set for (I know this should be my biggest problem today, eh?!). I wish it was like the French toast where you could get either. That would be fantastic. Just know the menu posted here is not up to date. There were a few other changes like granola. But the service was great, always good vibes here.”

The taste was almost the same but it fell apart in my hand. I immediately knew what had happened. The rye bread was no longer grill toasted, it was done in a toaster, therefore the sauce and sauerkraut soaked through the bread making it soggy and I longer edible except with a fork. The staff admitted the grill had been replaced with a toaster. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR GRILL. I am so sad, literally sad because I looked forward to eating my favorite sandwich in my favorite place very often. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR GRILL.”
