“The best fajitas I've ever had! Tender and delicious, steak in my case. My compatriots had similar praise for their food. Easy to get to, lots of parking. A bit strange to hear 80s and 90s pop music instead of Mexican polka music, but certainly not odd enough to make me rate them anything but perfect! Thank you for a great experience and I'll definitely be back!“
“Blu Fin Sushi is an absolute gem deserving of a solid 5-star rating! I recently ordered takeout from this delightful spot, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Howdy Roll and Poke bowl were nothing short of spectacular—each bite bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that left me craving more. Despite ordering to go, the service was exceptional, with my order ready promptly and the staff friendly and accommodating. If you're in the mood for incredible sushi and a warm, inviting atmosphere, look no further than Blu Fin Sushi. It's a true culinary gem that never disappoints!“
“Jazz and blues music plays softly in the background and the staff is capable, friendly, and unobtrusive. Delicious dishes are authentic Italian with a few concessions to American customs. My ravioli stuffed with braised beef from spare ribs was excellent, filling, and not unlike something I would find in a non-touristy part of Rome. The Tuscan salad with straciatella cheese took me back to Sienna. The fried calamari appetizer was tender with a crunchy crust. The wine list is excellent. When I want to have a special dinner in College Station, casa Mangiare is a top choice.“
“Love their Poke. The Spicy Tuna is amazing. Love that they have mixed greens as an option as it is my favorite way to get Poke. Not sure if the biggest bowls are worth the upcharge, but you get 4 scoops of spicy Tuna that way. Please bring back Thai chilies! I miss them.Staff is always friendly and patient. It's a great carry out place.“
“The menu options seem less than when I originally started going. But, the food was good. The crawfish were terrible. They were so small, overcooked, and cold it was sad. Needless to say, they were returned. They should not have tried to serve them to anyone.“
“When we arrived, we were asked about reservation which was confirmed. Next, we were shown to our table but never asked if this our first visit and never informed about how or what was expected once seated. Now I understand about the buffet process and love everything. Yes, I plan to return.“
“I have been here multiple times and the food, drinks and service is always consistent. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. It’s funny how I take people here and then I hear how they introduce this place to people they know as well. Very good seafood!!“
“This was my second time visiting this restaurant, as I visited last year while speaking at Texas A&M. Just as they did last time, they did not disappoint!!I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi meal and OH MY GOODNESS!!! The steak was juicy and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The veggies perfectly complimented the meal and the rice was delicious!!One thing that I will make mention of is the fact that the food is prepared to order and if you're in a hurry, I would recommend calling your order in before you get there, as we waited for at least 25 minutes for our order. We weren't in a hurry, so we were OK with it. But it was definitely worth the wait! We originally ordered our food to go but ended to up eating almost all of it in the restaurant. They are very well priced, especially for the quality of the food that they cook. My meal was 14.99 for both steak and shrimp; and I've definitely paid more at other hibachi restaurants.Looks like I've got a favorite new spot and a new tradition because I will be visiting every time I speak there.“
“Not a bad sushi place! They have a huge menu, which is fun (but can be a little overwhelming). The waiter was pretty cool. We had pretty much anything we needed! The rolls were great, could be fresher but not bad at all. This would be a fun place to go with friends.“
“Food was pretty good looks nothing like pictures service and atmosphere was like that of covid days butcher paper on table everything disposable waiter kept his distance oversized portion of fries would've liked some hushpuppies included with “
“We visit Saltgrass at least twice a month and order steaks. They always come out perfect. The waitstaff are always friendly and helpful and the manager/assistant manager always comes by to welcome us. I highly recommend this establishmentParking: There is parking in front as well as a large parking lot behind.“
“My wife & I took a drive to College Station, to shop my favorite resale shop & have dinner. We used to go to Tad's in Tomball, but that location has closed. I noticed that they built a new one in College Station, so when we're out there, we go to that one. We have been to that location a few times now & they have always done a good job. She got her usual Surf & Turf. I ordered the Cajun Catfish. Her steak was cooked perfectly, medium well. My catfish was good, as I expected. My only complaint was that the prices went up significantly. I'm not putting them down for that. The prices have gone up everywhere! The portions were good and we received our food pretty quickly. The service was also very good. We will definitely go eat there again whenever we're in the area. Tad's is a good option for Cajun food & they have always made a good steak!“
“While attending a workshop conference and by recommendation from my supervisor, my coworker and I were very satisfied with this place. The food,, atmosphere, serviceby the staff was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this place if visiting College Station.“
