“No pics! Too good to stop. All was good! From our drinks, to the service, we had the steak tartare 10 out of a 10, lobster bisque. We got one and split it and it was plenty for both of us 10 out of a 10, my husband got the salad. He said it was good. I was too full , and then we split the rib dinner and it was a 10 out of a 10. If you would like an upscale restaurant with not all the crowd, it is a must.“
“Jazz and blues music plays softly in the background and the staff is capable, friendly, and unobtrusive. Delicious dishes are authentic Italian with a few concessions to American customs. My ravioli stuffed with braised beef from spare ribs was excellent, filling, and not unlike something I would find in a non-touristy part of Rome. The Tuscan salad with straciatella cheese took me back to Sienna. The fried calamari appetizer was tender with a crunchy crust.The wine list is excellent.When I want to have a special dinner in College Station, casa Mangiare is a top choice.“
“That’s how you do breakfast!! From the bubbly hostess, to our waiter (Chris), to our food runner the service was EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone seem to really enjoy working there and it showed in their interaction with my youngest son and my self.The food and coffee were perfect.They just made a loyal costumer out of my family and me.Kid-friendliness: The wait staff and food runner took the time to say hello to my youngest (4). “Good place, but be careful with parking. We didn't realize it was paid and ended up getting a ticket. Not sure why it shouldn't be free on a random Saturday. Game day, I understand, but the parking lot was empty and we didn't notice the signage telling us it was paid. Would have definitely chosen a different bar had we known this.“
“My wife and I had a lovely dinner. We were there this time for an event with my department from work. The wait staff did an excellent job serving our party of fifteen. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed the flavorful entrees as well as several of the appetizers.“
